In my humble opinion, the forthcoming film boasts an impressive soundtrack that seems deeply ingrained within its core. However, director Todd Phillips has expressed some reservations about labeling it a musical. In fact, during an interview with Variety, he clarified that the music in the movie primarily functions as dialogue; Arthur, finding himself at a loss for words, expresses his feelings through song instead.
He continued: “I just don’t want people to think that it’s like In the Heights, where the lady in the bodega starts to sing and they take it out onto the street, and the police are dancing. No disrespect, because I loved In the Heights.”

In a recent tweet on their newly renamed platform, X, the popular pop artist announced the release date for their upcoming album titled “Harlequin.” She stated that it will be available on September 27th and is a companion album to “Joker: Folie à Deux.
