We already knew Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World was coming to PS5, but now we have a release date.
Fortunately, this event doesn’t clash with the busy September and October period and is scheduled for December 3rd.
As the headline of this article alludes, this is the first time in decades that a PlayStation console has been blessed with a Dragon Quest Monsters game.
The most recent Monsters game released on a PlayStation console was Dragon Quest Monsters 1+2, which only came out in Japan for the original PlayStation in 2002.
Nintendo has largely controlled its spin-off games for a long time, making the release of The Withered World on multiple platforms a significant departure from their usual approach.
