EastEnders confirms Sonia’s return next month in advanced spoilers

As a longtime admirer of EastEnders, I must say that this upcoming Christmas Day episode promises to be a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Having followed Sonia Fowler’s journey since her early days in the Queen Vic, it’s heart-wrenching to see her trapped in such a dire situation. The teaser about her emotional conversation with Reiss has me on edge, eagerly waiting for January 13th.

Following her temporary departure in August, Sonia Fowler will return to EastEnders in January.

Despite her husband Reiss being the real culprit, Natalie Cassidy’s character, in a state of pregnancy, was arrested for the murder of Debbie Colwell and subsequently remanded to prison, waiting for the trial to commence.

But she will be back on our screens on Monday 13th January, as teased by new BBC spoilers, for an “emotional conversation” with Reiss.

And it’s not just Sonia who is in a bind.

Following the revelation of Reiss’s true nature, he led Bianca to a confinement area where he viciously assaulted her, locking her inside. To this day, we are still waiting for news regarding her wellbeing and future.

Will she escape her hell in this year’s festive special?

EastEnders is set to premiere at 7:30 PM on Christmas Day, followed by another broadcast at 10:35 PM the same evening, culminating in a suspenseful cliffhanger conclusion.

However, I found myself utterly astonished as I watched the events of the Christmas Day episode at The Queen Vic. Given my affection for the series, I exclaimed internally, “Oh my goodness, I never imagined this! Please, stop!

He added: “I had to do a line and I kept messing it up because I was so taken in with that the storyline that was happening. You’re in for a lovely treat this Christmas Day.”

Audience members can anticipate the unveiling of Cindy Beale’s deceitful actions and the presentation of a unique surprise for Denise Fox.
