September is already packed with new game releases, but that just means there’s even more to look forward to! Valheim, the popular survival game, is joining the fun with its full 1.0 version launching on PlayStation 5 on September 9th, 2026.
After five years in development, Valheim is now officially launching its full version, and it’s available on PS5! Alongside the complete game, players can explore a brand new area called the Deep North. The game currently costs $19.99 on PC, and the PS5 version will likely be priced similarly, around $19.99 or £15.49.
Creative director Robin Eyre celebrated the strong community that formed before the game’s official release, saying, “Getting ready to launch the full version of Deep North is both thrilling and nerve-wracking – we’ve put a lot of effort into making it a satisfying ending to the Valheim experience!”
