I was so thrilled to hear Katy Perry say ‘I am very in love’ at the premiere of her concert film, Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour! It was amazing to see her and Justin Trudeau make their first public appearance as a couple on the red carpet. She also shared something really sweet – she said that show actually happened after she met the love of her life, and that connection made her feel incredibly grounded throughout the whole experience. It just felt so genuine and heartwarming to witness!

She explained that everyone faces their own difficult challenges, and that the best way to overcome them is to keep moving forward, because ultimately, things will get better.

Katy Perry explained that getting older has given her a lot of valuable perspective, which helped her get through a difficult year emotionally.

She said she’d changed. She described her twenties as a time for feeling things, her thirties as a time for understanding those feelings, and her forties as a time for letting go of them altogether—using all that emotional energy to fuel her creativity and make something new.
