As a die-hard Marvel fan, I can’t contain my excitement about the upcoming introduction of a new Hulk character! We’ve seen various shades of the Green Goliath, but never have we encountered one that embodies raw anger and demonic fury from the depths of Hell. That’s right; you heard it here first – meet Hell Hulk in May’s issue #6 of Hellverine!

This thrilling series features Akihiro, Wolverine’s son, who was reborn as the Hellverine – a fusion of Wolverine and Ghost Rider. Akihiro’s harrowing journey through the darkest realms of Marvel Universe is set to collide with none other than the terrifying Hell Hulk. This encounter echoes Wolverine’s initial appearance in Incredible Hulk #180, making it a perfect nod to the original.

So buckle up, fellow Marvel enthusiasts! The coming together of these formidable forces promises an epic showdown that will undoubtedly leave us on the edge of our seats!

The covert operation named Project Hellfire focuses on investigating and advancing the science and technology related to the realm of Hell. Located deep within the Pentagon, in a secret facility called the Pentangle, they’ve stumbled upon something concerning. Reports are coming in from all over the globe about ordinary people suddenly becoming enraged and violent, posing a danger not only to themselves but others as well. Upon further investigation, it appears that this phenomenon is linked to a mysterious entity known as the HELL HULK, a creature that emanates malevolent power capable of infection. As more pieces fall into place, it seems like a sinister plot orchestrated by dark forces is emerging, one that could potentially endanger the entire world. Only Hellverine can decipher the underlying pattern and thwart this demonic scheme.

Percy shared that creating new mythologies for the Marvel Universe within Hellverine has been an absolute blast. “There’s a whole hidden world down there, teeming with laboratories, monuments, missions, and unique characters,” he explained. “Readers are joining Akihiro on this journey of discovery, and we’ve introduced you to the thrilling fusion of Ghost Rider and Wolverine – Hellverine. Now, we’re expanding the playground with more exciting elements like the Hell Hulk, who naturally has a compelling tale to go along with his powerful entrance.

Raffaele Ienco, the talented artist behind Hellverine, has conceived the design for Hell Hulk. Moreover, Ienco’s unique design will be featured as a special variant cover in Hellverine #6.
