These stars are H-O-T-T-O-G-O take the Grammys stage.
Prior to the grand music event known as the Grammys in 2025, a selection of performers has been unveiled ahead of time. This lineup includes some of the most exciting new faces in the music world, such as Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and Benson Boone, among others.
As a dedicated follower, I’m thrilled to share that some exciting newcomers are set to grace the stage at the Feb. 6 award show, including Doechii, Raye, and Teddy Swims. Notably, Billie Eilish and Shakira will make their anticipated comeback to the stage as well.
Apart from delivering electrifying performances on stage, many artists are shouldering two roles – they’re not just performers, but also nominees themselves. Billie and Charli, for example, are both nominated for a total of seven awards apiece, while Sabrina and Chappell each have six nominations under their belts.
In this category, we find some of the top contenders for the night, namely Best New Artist. They are accompanied by artists such as Teddy, Benson, Doechii, Shaboozey, and Khruangbin.
Leading the pack on music’s biggest night is none other than Beyoncé, who holds the record as the most-nominated artist ever with a staggering 11 nominations for “Cowboy Carter”. With 32 wins and a total of 99 nominations under her belt, she has truly made history in the music industry.
Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone and Taylor Swift follow behind her with seven.
This year’s event is taking place during the catastrophic wildfires in Los Angeles. Given the impact of these fires, which have forced thousands of families out of their homes and left a trail of destruction across Southern California, the Recording Academy has stated that this year’s broadcast serves a higher purpose and will be raising funds to aid relief efforts.
As a devoted follower, I’m excited to share that this year’s GRAMMY Awards isn’t just about celebrating musical excellence. It also serves as a platform to demonstrate the transformative power of music in rebuilding, uplifting, and supporting those who are struggling, particularly those affected by recent wildfires. The Recording Academy CEO, Harvey Mason Jr., expressed this sentiment in a statement, emphasizing that many artists within our community are joining forces to express their solidarity and support for their fellow musicians and others impacted by the disasters.
On February 2nd at 8 PM, the 67th Annual Grammys, hosted by Trevor Noah, will be broadcast live on CBS and streaming live on Paramount+, straight from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
