As someone who’s been around the block a few times, I can see that Alfie is finding himself in a bit of a pickle with Kat. I’ve seen my fair share of love triangles in my day, and let me tell you, they never end well. But, if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that when the heart wants something, it finds a way. And from what I can see, Alfie’s heart is set on Kat. Now, whether or not that ends up being a good idea, only time will tell.
Next week, Patsy Palmer’s character, Bianca Jackson, may find herself in a precarious situation. This is due to another encounter she has with the killer, Reiss Colwell, played by Jonny Freeman, during Bonfire Night.
As Kat Mitchell (Jessie Wallace) passionately kisses her ex-husband Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), could this be the dawn of joy in their lives once more?
Harry Mitchell (played by Elijah Holloway) delivers a stern warning to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), while Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) is trying to make an impression on his younger son, Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman).

4 EastEnders spoilers next week
1. Showdown for Bianca Jackson and killer Reiss Colwell
Upon my arrival, I discovered a formidable Bianca had taken up residence at Sonia Fowler’s (Natalie Cassidy’s) abode. Not long after, an elated Teddy unveiled that his private investigator acquaintance had retrieved CCTV footage from a warehouse situated near Debbie’s (Jenny Meier’s) care home.
Instead of Bianca wanting to view it, but Reiss eluding her and linking up with Teddy at the warehouse, then scrutinizing the recordings by himself:
Reiss is stunned by what he sees and sneaks out with the flash drive.
In due course, enraged by the news, Teddy informs B that Reiss fled, which causes her to angrily return to the residence and repeatedly knock on the door, seeking explanations from Reiss, who is scared witless and has barricaded himself within.
However, Reiss can no longer evade the truth as Bianca confronts him at the cafe in the company of Martin Fowler (James Bye), demanding some clarification.
Reiss lies, but B gets fresh hope when Teddy hands her another copy of the CCTV footage.
At the Queen Victoria pub, Reiss deceives Teddy, who confesses that Bianca possesses an additional copy of the flash drive and intends to view it.
As Reiss hurries to intervene, and with Bonfire Night approaching, the actual fireworks ignite at number 25, marking the climactic confrontation between Bianca and Reiss.
Following this encounter, the outcome holds significant implications for both individuals. However, will Bianca reveal that Reiss committed murder, or could she unknowingly become his next target instead? Certainly not our Bianca!
2. Kat Mitchell kisses Alfie Moon – will they get back together?
Kat is extremely anxious before the social services meeting concerning her son, Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall), and keeps acting distant towards Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Jean Slater (Gillian Wright).
Alfie persuades Stacey to pause their disagreement, while he deceives Kat into joining the other ladies at The Queen Victoria. Kat is enraged upon discovering she’s been misled, but when Alfie delivers a heartfelt speech, the family eventually makes amends.
In a straightforward manner, here’s one option for rephrasing the sentence: “Kat expresses her gratitude towards Alfie, while her nephew, Bobby Brazier (Freddie Slater), remarks on their incredible chemistry.
Alfie openly shares that he’s not over his feelings towards Kat, and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) provides guidance on the best way for Alfie to handle his predicament with Kat.
At the social services meeting, Kat is devastated by Tommy’s coldness, and fears they’ll never get their boy back.
However, the social worker suggests it’s possible for Tommy to start making his way back home, and Alfie emphasizes their strong desire for Tommy to be there for Christmas.
In the end, he successfully connects with Tommy a bit, and since the session concludes on an optimistic note, Kat feels appreciative. Later on, she unexpectedly gives Alfie a kiss.
Later on, Kat heads off to gather Stacey’s perspective on the perplexing predicament, whereas Alfie consults with Ian and Freddie for advice. Will there be a reconciliation between Alfie and Kat in the end?
3. Harry Mitchell threatens Jack Branning
Kitty Castledine (Penny Branning), upset by her father Jack’s indifferent response to her receiving a court summons, implores Harry to intensify the strain on his blackmail plot as a form of retaliation.
Harry puts pressure on Jack by offering him a job, but one with a catch – if Jack doesn’t retrieve a stolen motorcycle as directed, Harry threatens to expose him using incriminating evidence in the form of a video, which could lead to the end of Jack’s career and potential imprisonment.
In a short while, Jack comes to understand that his questionable task interferes with daughter Amy Mitchell’s (Ellie Dadd) physiotherapy session. He puts Amy first and manages to return in time for the automobile job.
Close by, Harry stealthily captures pictures of Jack collecting a suspicious automobile, and later, a text message from Harry diverts Jack’s attention, leading him to crash into Reiss’s car, causing damage to the supposedly stolen vehicle. With such complications mounting, is Jack in over his head, with no apparent escape route?
4. Teddy Mitchell tries to make amends with Barney Mitchell
After coming back from a visit to his mother, Barney expresses that he’s still irritated with Teddy and Harry. Determined to reconcile with Barney and earn his approval, Teddy intends to show him the love and unity within their family.
Teddy communicates to Harry that his intention is to purchase Peggy’s business, aiming to establish himself as a respected entrepreneur, so as to win over Barney’s admiration.
I, as Teddy, am urging Harry to delve into the details of what transpired during Barney’s visit with our mum. However, Harry seems to be too forceful, making Barney feel even more detached and lonely. Now, I find myself in a state of distress, wondering if I can reach out to Barney effectively. Can I, Teddy, connect with Barney in a manner that will bring us closer together?
And how will this lead to the arrival of the new Mitchell matriarch, Nicola?
