Recognizing he’s dealing with a hangover, Billy suddenly recalls that his phone is missing – a distressing discovery since it holds all his cherished pictures and moments with Paul.

Meanwhile, as Billy embarks on a journey retracing his steps, Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) and Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) discover Paul unconscious on the couch, gasping for breath, causing them great alarm.

During summer, it’s Sadie who dials emergency services, yet they discover that they can’t reach Billy, as he had stepped away from Paul at a particularly inconvenient moment.

Despite their best efforts to keep Paul alive, due to unfavorable circumstances, will Billy arrive on time for a last farewell conversation with Paul before he passes away?

Regardless of what follows, it’s clear that Paul has taken his final breath. Upon waking up on the couch, Billy finds himself facing an empty wheelchair once occupied by Paul, and the harsh truth sinks in: life continues without him.

2. Lisa Swain and Craig Tinker begin covert operation on Joel Deering

Outside the police station, Lisa Connor (Alison King) and another woman, Carla, are engaged in a serious talk. Suddenly, Lisa’s daughter, Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), appears, hinting at a hidden aspect of their connection between Lisa and Carla.

Whether or not this is the case, Lisa is still intent on bringing Joel down.

She tells Channique Sterling-Brown (Dee-Dee Bailey) that there were text messages between Joel and a woman on his work phone, and she plans to investigate further.

Craig Tinker, portrayed by Colson Smith, consents to assist in locating Ellie Benton (Lola Blue), a contact from Joel’s phone. However, he is cautioned that revealing this task could lead to job losses for everyone involved. Later on, Craig manages to discover Ellie’s address; yet the question remains whether she will be open to speaking with Lisa.

3. Ken Barlow worries for Amy Barlow as Nick Tilsley reports Rowan Cunliffe to the police

In simpler terms, Nick Tilsley informs Toyah Habeeb that he intends to file a complaint against Rowan with the police for extortion, and drops off a notebook containing all necessary details at the police station for Lisa.

Leanne Battersby (played by Jane Danson) informs Amy that she sent herself multiple files from Rowan’s computer via email. Does this mean Leanne possesses the means for retrieving Amy’s money?

While in the interim, Amy communicates to grandad Ken Barlow (William Roache) that she might need to put in additional hours at work if she’s hoping to recoup the £40k she inherited.

Ken feels guilty knowing that he could help her, and tells Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney) about his premium bond win. Will Cassie convince him not to give the money to Amy?

As the week progresses, Jude Riordan’s character, Sam Blakeman, encourages Leanne and Toyah to put aside their past with Nick and recall that they are sisters instead. What could be the latest update from Nick regarding Rowan? Will it bring more unfavorable news?

4. Ruby Dobbs and Dorin Pop go missing

Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) informs his wife Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) that the human traffickers have been apprehended, which means Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) is no longer hiding and will retrieve Dorin tomorrow.

However, Tyrone feels distressed seeing his daughters, Ruby and Hope (Isabella Flanagan), caring for their younger sibling, aware that it could be the last time they see Dorin.

It’s confirmed that Alina is departing for Romania the next day. However, when Tyrone opens the back door to summon Ruby and Dorin into the house, he’s shocked to discover that the yard is vacant! So, what could have transpired with them?

5. Tracy Barlow confides in Amy Barlow over Tommy Orpington
