Here’s a breakdown of the three PlayStation Plus Essential games and how they’ve changed over time. All PlayStation Plus members—regardless of their subscription level—can play these games from June 2nd to July 6th.

Lots of animated movies are available, but the anime world is still booming with new shows coming out every season. Just in the first five months of 2026, several anime featuring magic have been released that fans of KPop Demon Hunters are likely to enjoy. There are five particularly good options – two from the Winter season and three from the current Spring season – that could fill the gap while KPop Demon Hunters is unavailable.

2010 was a great year for comics, with both Marvel and DC delivering fantastic stories. However, two major heroes, Batman and Captain America, were unexpectedly absent. Captain America had been presumed dead since 2007, following the events of Civil War, and Bucky Barnes had taken on the mantle. Similarly, Batman was believed to be killed by Darkseid and Dick Grayson had become the new Dark Knight. Surprisingly, fans had adjusted to these changes and it seemed like they would be permanent. But before the year ended, both heroes unexpectedly returned, in what felt like a coincidental move by the companies.

With so many shows and movies available, deciding what to watch can be overwhelming. Thousands of hours of new content are added every month, and even sticking to highly-rated films leaves you with plenty of choices. Luckily, June 1st brings a great selection of timeless classics to various streaming platforms – it’s shaping up to be a fantastic month for movie lovers!

Neve Campbell returned for Scream 7 alongside Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers and original stars Jasmin Savoy Brown and Mason Gooding. However, the film also introduced new characters. While Isabel May, playing Sidney’s daughter, had a significant role, another family addition felt like an odd choice. Joel McHale, a popular actor with fans, reprised his role as Mark Evans, Sidney’s husband and the police chief, which felt out of place for the series. This decision not only frustrated longtime fans but also didn’t give McHale the opportunity to showcase his full acting range.

A new promotional poster featuring Spider-Man and the Hulk was recently spotted at a Meijer store and shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the account Spider-Man News. The poster shows both heroes in dynamic poses, appearing to face off against each other. You can see the post below.

HBO’s Sex & The City will be removed from Netflix at the end of June. The show, which starred Sarah Jessica Parker and famously changed how sex was depicted on television, will no longer be available on the streaming service after June 30th, having been available for just over two years. This follows other HBO shows—like Ballers, Band of Brothers, The Pacific, and Six Feet Under—that were also licensed to Netflix for a similar period in 2023. Interestingly, Sex & The City consistently got better throughout its six seasons, with the final season receiving a 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. You can still watch all episodes before it’s gone, and it will remain available on HBO Max, alongside its continuation, And Just Like That….
