I’ve always been intrigued by the stories of celebrities who found love on set. Their connection and chemistry on screen often translate off screen, leading to beautiful romantic relationships. Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer’s love story is one such example that warms my heart.
It’s only fitting that Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan met on a show called Family Ties.
In the selection process for casting Alex P. Keaton’s girlfriend on “Family Ties,” great attention was paid to choose an actress who could hold her own intellectually against the young conservative character. Enter Pollan, a 25-year-old actress, who was given the role of the brainy 18-year-old dancer Ellen Reed, opposite Fox who was portraying 19-year-old Alex at 24 on the iconic ’80s sitcom.
In an interview with People magazine back in 1986, Pollan expressed his frustration with the excessive display of power and wealth among individuals, stating, “The public grew weary of those flashy, power-obsessed people constantly engaging in scandalous affairs.” Regarding Alex and Ellen’s relationship, Pollan described it as traditional, untainted by cynicism, and filled with the innocence and enthusiasm reminiscent of a newfound love.
In the usual course of events, Alex and Ellen’s relationship didn’t endure, but Fox and Pollan have been happily married for 36 years, with their anniversary falling on July 16th.
Not that they clicked immediately…
From my experience as a lifestyle expert, I’ve observed that the couple didn’t spend much time together outside of work. Michael Pollan shared with People magazine that once filming ended for him, he would immediately return home to be with his spouse.
Kevin, who is better known as Kevin Bacon, has been my boyfriend for the past five years. We first crossed paths while working on a play in New York City. Sharing both a cozy Manhattan apartment and a country home in Connecticut with him.
“There’s a good chance we’ll get married, yet I have this sensation that we’re still young and marriage seems so adult-like to us,” Pollan expressed. Simultaneously, she confessed, “But I’m deeply in love and can’t help but gush about it.”
Of his costar, Fox said, “Tracy is really a fish out of water in L.A. She’s so unassuming and natural that it is hard for her to fit in.”
In an interview with People in 2018, Pollan mentioned her costar being described as “funny but cocky.” However, she shared a different perspective with Oprah Winfrey for O Magazine in 2002, expressing her admiration for his wit and intelligence: “I was drawn to him from the start by his quick humor and sharp mind. He’s truly brilliant.”
As a lifestyle expert, I can tell you that after the massive success of “Back to the Future” in 1985, life for me, Fox, was an exhilarating ride. Opportunities came knocking from all directions – Hollywood movies and my full-time role on NBC’s “Family Ties.” It felt like I couldn’t keep up with the influx of projects, but in a good way! The world was my oyster, and every day brought new adventures.
Prior to my relationship with Tracy, I was known as the playboy prince of Hollywood, owning a Mercedes, a Ferrari, and a Range Rover, living an extravagant lifestyle.
And he was in a longterm relationship with Facts of Life actress Nancy McKeon.
“Years ago, I used to think Tracy was really appealing to me. But their relationship felt like that of two colleagues who were married and shared a strong bond,” Fox explained to People.
By the time I heard whispers of Fox supposedly dating Courteney Cox, who was portraying my new love interest Lauren Miller on our show, I was already in a relationship with Michael Pollan.
The actor shared with People magazine in December 1987, “It’s truly amusing,” referring to the on-set camaraderie between him, Tracy, and Courteney. Often, people assume there’s romantic involvement when it’s merely two actors enjoying their work together. I’m fortunate to have a fantastic personal connection with Tracy and a strong professional bond with Courteney.
In the late 1980s, Fox and Pollan’s friendship developed deeply during the filming of “Bright Lights, Big City.” This occurred not too long after Bacon forged a connection with his future spouse, Kyra Sedgwick, who debuted in the television movie “Lemon Sky” around the same time. (And they all became friends afterward.)
In a disappointing turn of events, Fox shared with People in 1989, “When someone tells me about a broken relationship, I respond, ‘I see. Well, I better give them a call and find out what’s going on.'”
He proposed on Dec. 26, 1987, seven months after he and Pollan started dating.
He reminisced, explaining, “I didn’t have major concerns that she’d decline my proposal. The biggest challenge was deciding on the right time to get married and keeping it a secret from everyone else.”
In February 1988, Pollan and Fox received numerous threatening letters, totaling up to 15 per day, from a young woman. This woman was later charged with making terroristic threats and was institutionalized in a psychiatric facility for almost a year before her trial. The ominous messages caused significant alarm, leading Fox to increase security measures at all of his locations, while Pollan began using a pseudonym when she traveled.
Instead of putting their lives on hold, the couple decided to get married on July 16, 1988, at the peaceful West Mountain Inn in Arlington, Vt. Despite the paparazzi’s best efforts, they managed to find the newlyweds and even sent helicopters, but the couple enjoyed their special day.
When Pollan became pregnant, Fox managed to fit Lamaze classes into his filming plans. They welcomed their first child, a son named Sam Michael Fox, on May 30, 1989.
Tracy had a successful pregnancy and gave birth healthily, with both her and Sam coming out fine, Fox shared with People in December 1989. We even attempted the trendy “womb music” method, placing headphones on Tracy’s belly to play a variety of tunes, from Vivaldi to Allman Brothers.
The actor reflected, “The last 10 years have been quite hectic for me, almost as if they lasted thirty.” (Shortly after this, Traci Marie Ledbetter, the accused threatening individual, admitted guilt to three counts of making terrorist threats and was penalized with three years of probation and instructed to keep her distance from the family.)
But Fox and Pollan loved being parents.
As an obsessed fan, I can relate when new parents ask for a moment of privacy to soak in their new bundle of joy. I remember thinking to myself, “We need a few minutes to adjust and cherish this precious moment,” I’d explain to our loved ones, longing to catch a glimpse. And before I knew it, my hip was throbbing from the constant holding and gazing at our little miracle. The instinct to protect and care for our baby took over, leaving us in awe of this beautiful journey.
And at the time, wherever Fox went, his family joined him.
“Sam doesn’t comprehend my movie plans,” he expressed. “It’s hard for him to understand since he isn’t interested. All he perceives is being taken somewhere unwillingly. When he was just a 3-month-old baby, he traveled to Canada, New York City, Martha’s Vineyard, and Vermont, then flew back from New Hampshire to L.A. He’s experiencing the world, but for him, everything looks the same. At that age, going to Van Nuys is just as thrilling.”
Instead of asking if they had considered adding more kids to their family, Fox shared that Tracy and he had an understanding: “Until we’ve finished dealing with the diapers, we don’t discuss it. However, considering our own large families, I believe it’s quite probable.”
Instead of explicitly stating that they drew inspiration from their parents’ long-term marriage, he pointed out, “It’s often unvoiced. We don’t declare, ‘We’ll be together forever.’ It’s not overly optimistic. We merely acknowledge, ‘This is enjoyable. Let’s not mention it—and perhaps it will continue.'”
Surprisingly, life was about to take the couple by surprise in an unexpected and unforeseen manner.
Back in 2015, on The Late Show with David Letterman, I shared how I believed I’d injured my shoulder during a stunt due to an unusual twitch in my pinkie. Little did I know that this tiny symptom would lead to a life-altering diagnosis from the doctor: Parkinson’s disease. He reassured me, “The silver lining is that you have another ten years of creating and entertaining left.”
In 1991, when Fox was 29 years old, he received the devastating diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease – an incurable condition that progressively affects the central nervous system and impairs motor functions over time. Initially keeping this news concealed from the public, only sharing it with a select few, Fox’s family chose to deal with the situation discreetly. However, as time passed, the reality of his diagnosis took a toll on him, leading him into a deep depression and excessive drinking. It would take some time before he could come to terms with his new life.
In an interview on The Howard Stern Show in 2013, the actor shared, “I once drank to join in the festivities, but now I found myself drinking in solitude, just to escape reality each day.”
After that incident, there was approximately a year of turmoil for him, filled with challenges similar to a hidden fight with a knife. I wasn’t prepared for it, and things felt unclear during this time. But afterwards, I sought therapy which helped bring clarity and understanding. I learned to focus on each day as it came, taking one step at a time. With this new perspective, my marriage improved significantly, and my career began to thrive.
Looking back, it seems Fox may have aimed to collect as many paychecks as he could during that time, considering he appeared in numerous movies annually from 1991 to 1996. Afterward, he joined ABC’s “Spin City” sitcom, which portrayed the chaos behind New York City’s mayor’s office, and became the lead actor. With three Emmy awards already under his belt for “Family Ties,” Fox soon found himself competing once more and ultimately securing another award in 2000.
Back then, Fox’s hidden condition became known to the public. In 1998, following brain surgery to manage his tremors caused by Parkinson’s disease, Fox disclosed his diagnosis in an unexpected announcement. This revelation came as a surprise for many who admired him as Marty McFly or Alex P. Keaton, and marked a significant moment in raising awareness about Parkinson’s disease.
Starting from that point on, Fox assumed the role of a well-known advocate for the cause, collaborating with Pollan ever since to gather funds for investigation and promotion through the Michael J. Fox Foundation. This organization has grown to become the largest nonprofit contributor towards Parkinson’s research globally.
As a lifestyle expert, I can relate when when one feels apprehensive about sharing personal struggles with an audience. In my own experience, I have pondered over the question: “Can people still find humor in my imperfections without feeling guilty or judgmental?” After much contemplation, I came to the conclusion that I should not concern myself with others’ perceptions and instead trust that if my content is authentic and amusing, it will resonate with the audience. Just as Michael J. Fox did when he left “Spin City” in 2000 to focus on his foundation, we must have faith in our abilities and believe that our worth is not determined by external validation.
A little while later, Howard Stern proposed a possibility: Fox’s marriage may have improved significantly once Stern understood that Pollan wasn’t leaving him following his diagnosis.
“Exactly,” Fox agreed.
In 2002, Chris Rock joked to Oprah about our foundation’s benefit. He pondered aloud, “What exactly does ‘for richer’ mean in marriage vows? Women will surely stick with a man if he’s wealthy! Instead, the vows should ask, ‘Will you be there for me when I’m sick and impoverished?’ If she answers affirmatively, then we have a deal.”
Before she knew it, Pollan discovered the true meaning of “in sickness and in health” when married to Michael J. Fox. She jokingly admitted that his diagnosis put an end to her own health anxieties, but she acknowledged to Winfrey that she certainly needed to adapt to his condition.
I’ve found myself greatly influenced by Michael’s perspective in many ways. His laid-back demeanor and acceptance of life’s circumstances make things smoother for me, the kids, and those around us. It’s truly inspiring.
In February 1995, Fox and Pollan happily welcomed the birth of their twin daughters, Aquinnah Kathleen and Schuyler Phyllis. Later, in November 2001, they were blessed with another daughter, Esmé Annabelle.
When I received my Parkinson’s diagnosis, I reassured Tracy, “Everything will be alright,” but deep down I was terrified. I was completely uninformed about the condition and in denial. Following the diagnosis, I failed to seek out a neurologist for consultation. As you may have read in People magazine, I come across as a friendly person – but when my doctor initially broke the news to me, I harbored an intense desire to retaliate against him. I couldn’t fathom how such a statement could be made to someone. I was convinced that it was an error.
After being diagnosed with a challenging situation three years prior, I chose to cope by drinking a bit more to avoid facing it head-on. Eventually, I reached a turning point where I dedicated myself to comprehending it fully. Once I had gained a deeper understanding, my life significantly improved.
Later on, I remembered that Tracy had commented, “You’re back, your wit returned, and there you were.”
I, as a dedicated follower, acknowledge that Pollan had challenging days just like everyone else. However, I believe those difficulties primarily surfaced when she felt uncertain about my intentions, which in turn caused his unpredictable actions.
I have cherished our relationship throughout every challenge, and my love for you has remained unwavering. Pollan echoes this sentiment, emphasizing that our strong bond has never faded. We began with a firm foundation, which has only grown stronger over time.
In my perspective, she had always been a pillar of strength to me while working together on “Spin City,” as Alan Ruck shared with the New York Post in 2013. I believe this is what drew Michael and her together, as well as the reason behind his deep affection for her. She remained consistently reliable and unchanged throughout our time together, which made her an essential part of my life. I didn’t notice any significant transformation in Tracy; she was simply Tracy – a constant presence and support for me.
When Winfrey inquired if Fox considered Parkinson’s a blessing for their marriage, forcing them to grow stronger and more connected to keep going, Fox replied, “I’ve frequently called Parkinson’s the gift that never stops giving. It’s a gift because it granted me a fresh perspective on life. I came to realize I wasn’t just myself without Parkinson’s; I was a new version of myself with it. This experience has added depth and richness to my life, making me more grateful for every moment.”
Prior to receiving a diagnosis, I was consistently looking after things and ensuring they were alright. Now, Tracy and I find ourselves in the same challenging situation.
Meanwhile, that was more than two decades ago, and Fox and Pollan are still “just in it.”
In 2015, Pollan described their 27-year-old marriage to People magazine in a way that drew comparison to the aging of dogs. He emphasized that extending trust towards one another has been instrumental in keeping peace in their union during this long journey. The couple was present at the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s annual fundraiser, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share with you my perspective on certain situations where arguments arise. Many times, it’s not about what your partner did or said, but rather how we interpret those actions and react to them. It’s essential to understand that our emotions and reactions are shaped by our own thoughts and experiences.
“Moreover, he’s an exceptional father…he’s among the most intelligent individuals I have met…and he hasn’t lost his charm yet!”
In the early 2000s, Tracy Pollan made occasional appearances in acting roles. She guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Medium, and even took on the lead part in a TV movie based on James Patterson’s novel 1st to Die. Tracy shares a family connection with my good friend Michael Pollan, who is both a writer and professor. Additionally, she worked alongside her mother Corky and sisters Dina and Lauri on the creation of our family cookbook, which we titled Pollan Family Table.
In the first decade of the 21st century, Fox took a slower pace in his career to focus on charitable efforts related to Parkinson’s disease. However, he made memorable appearances as a guest star on shows like “Scrubs,” “Boston Legal,” and “Rescue Me,” which earned him his fifth Emmy award for the latter. After trying out with his own self-titled sitcom in 2013 that lasted just one season, Fox has since secured substantial roles on “The Good Wife” and “Designated Survivor.” Moreover, he joined an exclusive list of actors who have portrayed a self-deprecating version of themselves on “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
Later, he took on the character of self-assured lawyer Louis Canning once again in “The Good Fight,” and in 2023, an Apple+ documentary titled “Still: The Michael J. Fox Story” was unveiled.
In every moment of my existence, I firmly believe that the experiences I gain are a direct result of the effort I put in. I’ve found that when I invest more than what’s required and expect less than ideal outcomes, life delivers lessons and rewards that are truly priceless. The world is an intricate web of cause and effect; if I remain stagnant, neither progress nor opportunities will come my way. Therefore, embracing risk and cultivating resilience have become essential components of my journey. And most importantly, I fervently hope that my children will find as much joy and fulfillment in their own lives as I have discovered along mine.
Sam shared with Avenue in 2015 that he inherits his father’s ability to let go of concerns that cannot be resolved through worry. His dad tries to instill this perspective, but it can be challenging for those who don’t share the same outlook. Sam’s sisters and mother are optimistic as well, but they express optimism in a different way than his father and him. Fortunately, Sam hasn’t encountered many difficult situations yet.
Sam, who is now 35 years old, discussed his collaboration with the Michael J. Fox Foundation and its Team Fox program. This initiative encourages smaller donations and engages people in contributing at a level beyond galas. Previously, Sam had been accepted into Stanford University but decided instead to pursue work for diverse companies such as onefinestay, which is similar to Airbnb but offers more luxurious accommodations. Additionally, Sam inherited his father’s passion for music and plays both the bass and guitar.
Despite being very close, the children weren’t apprehensive about starting their independent lives. The twins, in particular, went separate ways for their education. Schuyler joined Pomona College while Aquinnah attended Duke. Several years afterwards, Esmé also ventured off to North Carolina to study at the university.
A brave young family member, just nine years old at the time, established a business named Cookie Crazie to support her father’s foundation. Her unique s’mores cookie recipe is featured in “The Pollan Family Table” book. At fifteen, she developed a strong interest in crossword puzzles as mentioned in an interview with AARP, despite not knowing the answer to the question “What role did Michael play in ‘Family Ties’?”
According to Fox, the greatest challenge of raising children is watching them grow up. Additionally, he acknowledged that there are belongings and responsibilities that belong solely to them. In the past, he closely supervised their activities, accompanying them to the store and requiring frequent updates on their actions. However, now that his twins are 16, they must be given the independence to visit friends’ homes without constant check-ins and notifications to their mother. They require this freedom to mature and develop independently.
Every year, my beloved Michael and Michael Pollan prioritized their freedom by planning a special getaway, just the two of them. They aimed to limit gift-giving to birthdays and Christmases, but at times, I, as an ardent admirer, couldn’t help but succumb to the allure of Valentine’s Day and purchase thoughtful gifts for his cherished spouse.
I recall when our twins were born and we had to make a decision between February 14th or 15th for their delivery date. As devoted parents, my partner and I didn’t want to miss out on celebrating Valentine’s Day every year since it would also be their birthday. So, we opted for the 15th, allowing us to enjoy the special occasion without any conflicts. Thus, my dear wife carried that additional responsibility for an extra day, ensuring our family could cherish Valentine’s Day together.
Nearly 3 decades have passed since “Back to the Future” brought Fox considerable recognition. Yet, date nights continue to involve attending awards shows like the Emmys and Oscars. However, they prioritize spending quality time together, be it abroad or at home on the couch, watching TV.
And they deal every day with Fox’s condition, but always together, as a team.
Tracy showed no sentimental or romantic response when AARP magazine asked about her reaction to Tracy’s Parkinson’s diagnosis in 1991, according to what he shared in 2017. There was no fear or dramatic display of emotion from her.
Instead of showing obvious signs of sadness and apprehension, Tracy reassured him in a casual manner. “You’ve got a pebble in your shoe,” she said. “We’ll manage until you can remove it. It’s okay to hobble along with it for now. And if you need support, just take my hand and we’ll move forward together.”
To mark their 35-year anniversary in 2023, Fox posted a series of pictures showcasing their journey, expressing, “Graceful 35 years of laughter, living, listening, and loving you, @tracy.pollan. My heartfelt appreciation for every moment.”
I’ve worked as a film extra for quite some time now, and let me tell you, there’s nothing quite like the energy that fills the set when the director yells “action!” The hustle and bustle of crew members, the focus of actors, and the anticipation in the air is an exhilarating experience.
I, as a devoted fan, have seen Gosling get involved with his co-stars before, most notably Sandra Bullock and Rachel McAdams. However, during the filming of “The Place Beyond the Pines,” I watched as he fell for Eva Mendes. But this dynamic duo has skillfully kept their relationship under wraps since they started dating in 2013.
The couple have had two daughters born since then: Esmeralda, who is 8 years old, and Amada, who is 6. Mendes shared her new perspective on motherhood after meeting the actor from “The Notebook.”
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put in two decades of hard work and dedication into my career before luckily finding love with my partner Ryan. Unexpectedly, the desire for a family grew within me around the age of 40. With my first baby arriving and my second one following at 42, it seemed serendipitous that I managed to build a successful career prioritizing my family life afterwards.
And she’s not ruling out a future on-screen collaboration with Gosling.
She shared with TopMob News how much she looked forward to collaborating with Ryan once more. Her most enjoyable memory was working alongside him when he directed. The creative synergy between them was truly fulfilling, and his directing skills are exceptional. I’d relish having that experience again.
The singers, who met on “The Voice” production, have become almost inseparable since they began dating in November 2015.
It appears that Shelton and Stefani hit it off right away upon discovering common ground in the endings of their past marriages.
In an interview with Billboard, Shelton shared memories of being deeply attracted to Gwen and how they supported each other during difficult times. According to him, she played a crucial role in his recovery: “Gwen was my savior. Who else could truly empathize with the challenges of ending a high-profile marriage with another musician?”
Five years into their relationship, Shelton proposed in October 2020. They then tied the knot in a small wedding ceremony held in July 2021.
From my perspective, Carson Daly, who had the privilege of officiating their wedding, described it as a beautiful fusion of rustic charm and elegant sophistication.
I’ve come to realize that Gwen embodies elegance, refinement, and coolness in her own unique way. At the same time, Blake brings country charm, down-home fun, and a touch of unpredictability to the table. This unlikely pairing may seem strange on paper, but their contrasting qualities create a perfect harmony. It’s like enjoying a delightful plate of fried chicken, followed by a glass of champagne – an unexpected combination that works wonderfully together. When you put comfort food and class in one package, everyone can’t help but cheer them on.
In 1995, the cherished pair first crossed paths while portraying romantic leads on the widely-watched soap opera “All My Children.” Subsequently, they tied the knot in a swift wedding ceremony in Las Vegas on May 1, 1996.
Consuelos realized fairly soon that Ripa was the right person for him. He shared this on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, explaining, “Initially, we went out in large groups from work. Gradually, the size of our dates shrank until it was just the two of us. I’ve never been bold or forward in my pursuits.”
But Ripa revealed the couple almost split before their wedding.
She shared on the “Comments By Celebs” podcast in 2018 that we had a falling out and then reconciled the very next day before running off to get married secretly in Las Vegas.
After more than two decades and raising three children, Ripa and Consuelos’ marriage remains robust. In an unexpected turn of events, they are now co-hosting together on “Live,” with Consuelos officially taking over from Ryan Seacrest as Ripa’s permanent co-host since April.
Since the first encounter between Jennifer’s Body actress and the rapper on their mutual film set in 2020, she felt that their connection would be a unique and extraordinary romance for her.
In the summer of 2020, during an episode of their podcast with “Midnight in the Switchgrass” director Randall Emmett and his fiancée Lala Kent, I brought up the topic of who would be taking the empty seat on set. With a casual response, Randall mentioned that they had just signed Machine Gun Kelly. Instantly, my gut feeling told me that some unexpected events were headed my way from this encounter. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly what was in store for me, but I could sense it deep within myself – something was brewing.
In the end of 2019, Fox parted ways with her husband of nine years, Brian Austin Green. Later on, she referred to Machine Gun Kelly as her “twin flame” – a term indicating their connection transcends that of mere soulmates.
They have openly expressed their affection for each other in various ways: Fox appeared in Kelly’s music video, they both got tattoos symbolizing their relationship, and they made their first public appearance as a couple at a red carpet event prior to getting engaged in January 2022.
I’ve been keeping a close eye on the tabloids lately, and back in February, there were whispers of a potential split between Fox and Kelly due to infidelity accusations that Fox had addressed in an Instagram post at the time. However, despite these rumors, the two of us remain united as a couple.
In much the same way that Jon Snow, played by Harington, couldn’t resist developing feelings for Ygritte on “Game of Thrones,” Harington found himself falling in love with his on-screen love interest during the show’s second season (Vogue Italia interviewed him and he mentioned those episodes as his most cherished memories from the production).
He explained, “The country is stunningly beautiful, the Northern Lights add a magical touch, and that’s where I fell in love.” Alternatively, “The country’s beauty took my breath away, the Northern Lights were enchanting, and it was there that I experienced the joy of falling in love.” Or simply, “I fell in love in the beautiful country, with its magical Northern Lights adding to the experience.”
Despite an unsuccessful romantic storyline on screen, Harington and Leslie tied the knot in June 2018. They’ve since become parents to two kids, whose names remain undisclosed.
I was absolutely thrilled when I learned that my beloved actor from “Home Alone” and the talented star from Disney Channel had crossed paths while filming “Changeland” in 2019. I never would have guessed that their chemistry on set would blossom into a beautiful romance! Even their director, Seth Green, was taken aback by this unexpected turn of events, sharing with Esquire that he hadn’t seen it coming at all.
Entertainment Tonight interviewed Song about their connection, which she attributed to their mutual experience as young performers. “When we look at each other,” she expressed, “we understand without having to speak.”
Since 2022, the pair have been parents to a two-year-old boy named Dakota Song Culkin and an as-yet-unnamed newborn son, born in March of the same year.
On the Netflix production of “Sex/Life,” the pair, Shahi and Demos, first crossed paths and portrayed the intense former couple Billie and Brad. Consequently, their passionate scenes in the show seem incredibly real: The duo confirmed their relationship status in December 2020, delighting fans with their heartwarming public displays of affection on social media.
For the couple, blending work and enjoyment has been effortless. Shahi shared with TopMob News that collaborating with her boyfriend is among her most delightful experiences. She described him as one of her cherished acting companions.
She remarked, “Working with him is effortless. His presence completes almost all of my tasks for me. I find myself falling in love with the man behind the screen as well as in reality. There was something about his on-camera persona that added an irresistible charm, making audiences adore him even more.”
Although the romantic tale of their characters in “Revenge” on ABC didn’t conclude happily, VanCamp and Bowman exchanged vows on December 15, 2018, marking over ten years of their own loving relationship.
In August 2021, the pair shared joyous news – the arrival of their first child. Named Iris, their newborn daughter brought immense happiness to VanCamp as she wrote on Instagram, “Welcome to the world our precious little Iris! Our hearts are overflowing with love.”
In February 2024, Emily announced on Instagram that she is pregnant with the couple’s second child.
I had the pleasure of meeting my beloved partner on the set of the 1988 PBS film “Lemon Sky.” We hit it off right away and decided to tie the knot later that year. With over three decades of marriage under our belts, we are often hailed as one of Hollywood’s most enduring couples. Our family is blessed with two wonderful children: Travis Bacon, a talented composer at 34 years old, and Sosie Bacon, an actress just like her mother, who is 31 years young.
And the hunter fell for the irresistible demon—both on and off screen.
In their fourth season on Supernatural, Padalecki and Cortese developed a strong connection when she joined the show as Ruby. After a two-month long engagement, they got married in Sun Valley, Idaho, in 2010. Jensen Ackles, Padalecki’s TV brother, was among the groomsmen during their wedding ceremony.
The couple, who appeared together on the CW’s “Walker” with Cortese portraying his character’s late wife in flashbacks, are parents to three kids: Thomas, a 11-year-old son, Austin, a 9-year-old son, and Odette, a 6-year-old daughter.
Dallas and Goodwin shared an enchanting love story while acting together on ABC’s popular fantasy show “Once Upon a Time.” They portrayed the classic characters, Prince Charming and Snow White.
“It hit me like a blinding light,” Dallas told People in 2012. “I thought, ‘I’m in trouble now.'”
As for Goodwin, she knew Dallas was the one when they went on their first date to Disneyland.
Goodwin shared with Kelly Ripa how she knew she would marry her husband Josh at Disneyland. It was their first time there together, early in their relationship. On Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Josh enthusiastically raised his arms and exclaimed, “This is the best day of my life!” In response, Goodwin thought, “We’re absolutely getting married.”
In October 2013, Dallas proposed to Goodwin, and they got married in April 2014. They are the proud parents of two sons, Oliver who is 9 years old, and Hugo, who is 6 years old. The actor from “Manifest” hopes to collaborate with his spouse again following their six-year tenure on “Once Upon a Time.”
I’m absolutely in awe of her. The thought of not collaborating with her every day leaves me feeling incomplete. During her recent appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan, I expressed my sentiments, acknowledging her exhaustion from our long-standing partnership, both professional and personal, which spans over six years. Yet, I remain hopeful that we’ll have the opportunity to create magic together once more.
The Americans co-stars, who are now well-known to audiences, didn’t experience an instant romantic connection when they initially crossed paths ten years prior to collaborating on the hit FX espionage series.
He admitted on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” that we had crossed paths way back when. Over two decades ago, I asked for her phone number while she was still young, unattached, and barely more than a girl, so I’d known of my interest in her since I was 26.
Around ten years ago, and with several wig changes in between, Rhys and Russell started dating secretly in 2014. They portrayed married KGB spies on set. In May 2016, they welcomed their first child, a son named Sam. Russell is also a mother to two kids from her past marriage: a son named River Deary and a daughter named Willa Deary.
I had the pleasure of recounting the charming story of how Darlings Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn became an iconic duo. It all began when they graced our screens together for the first time in “The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band,” which was released way back in 1968.
They didn’t develop feelings for each other until they reconnected during filming of “Swing Shift” in 1984. Hawn had previously stated to BBC News that she would never date another actor, but the pair went on to act together in the 1988 romantic comedy “Overboard”.
Russell and Hawn have been married for 40 years and share a son named Wyatt Russell. They also both have children from previous relationships: Oliver and Kate Hudson, as well as Boston Russell. (or)
When asked by TopMob News how they manage to work so effectively together, Russell replied with a witty comment, “Do it once every thirty-three years as a start!”
Talk about following in your parents’ footsteps.
In 2016, while filming “Folk Hero & Funny Guy,” Wyatt (Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn’s son) developed feelings for Hagner. After their meeting on set, they collaborated again in the movie “Ingrid Goes West.”
In 2018, the couple got engaged and the following year, they exchanged vows at Goldie’s residence in Aspen. According to our insider, the wedding had a Western theme and attendees dressed up in cowboy hats and boots. It was a laid-back celebration filled with family and friends that extended over an entire weekend.

Well, at least one good thing came out of the universally panned Fantastic Four reboot in 2014.
Mara and Bell developed feelings for one another while filming their superhero movie around this time. However, speculation about a romantic relationship between them began only when they were seen holding hands at a Met Gala after-party in May 2015.
Following our July 2017 nuptials, I can’t help but exclaim to TopMob News, “It seems as though we’ve been husband and wife for an eternity. The best kind of eternity, mind you. Our days together have been nothing short of delightful.”
As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but share the exciting news myself, just as if I were part of their inner circle! In May 2019, Mara and Bell welcomed their first bundle of joy into the world. I couldn’t contain my excitement when I read Mara’s Instagram post: “A few weeks ago, we had a baby!” She continued, “Here are her little feet.” Fast forward to November 2022, and the happy couple expanded their family once again. With a heart full of joy, Mara took to social media to announce, “We had a baby a week ago!” And what a precious sight it was as she showed us his tiny feet just like before. Bell is also a proud father to Jack Bell from his previous relationship with Evan Rachel Wood.
Kate isn’t the only Mara sister to find love on a film set.
In 2013, Phoenix and Mara showcased their exceptional on-screen connection when they acted together in the academy award-nominated movie “Her.” They later teamed up again for the 2018 biblical production “Mary Magdalene.” It’s said that the pair discovered their mutual attraction towards each other during filming in Italy, around a year earlier.
At the 2017 Cannes Film Festival, the secluded couple attended for the first time and secretly got engaged in 2019. During his acceptance speech for the Best Actor Oscar, the star of “The Joker” became emotional and acknowledged Mara, expressing his deep feelings by saying, “I love you,” while wiping away tears.
In September 2020, Victor Kossakovsky, the director, shared at the Zurich Film Festival that Joaquin and his partner had welcomed a newborn son. He added that the baby’s name was River, possibly inspired by Joaquin’s late brother River Phoenix, who tragically passed away in 1993 when he was just 23 years old.
I, as an avid fan of Yellowstone, couldn’t contain my excitement when I learned that the on-screen couple had made their relationship official. They fueled our anticipation with a passionate photo posted on Bingham’s Instagram in April 2022. In this captivating image, they shared a heartfelt kiss in front of an open flame. The actor described their intimate moment as “More than a spark.” My heart skipped a beat when I read Harrison’s comment beneath the post: “I love you, cowboy.”
The couple fell deeply in love with each other from their very first encounter, which happened when they started dating during the production of HBO’s “True Blood” in 2008.
In an interview with TopMob News back in 2009, Moyer expressed, “I prefer no other partner for this job. I enjoy collaborating with her immensely, which is what initially drew me to her during our filming.”
Approximately a year after announcing their engagement, Moyer and Paquin got married in August 2010. They became parents to twins, Poppy and Charlie, around 2012.
In 1993, both actors had experienced failed marriages before filming began on “Pontiac Moon.” At that time, neither was actively seeking romance.
Steenburgen shared with Closer magazine that she informed her friends, in a sober manner, about her decision to end relationships. However, Danson and she developed feelings for each other while acting as a married couple on set. They became closer during a canoe scene.
“Danson remarked, ‘We paddled in rhythm.’ We started as companions, but upon our return, we found ourselves deeply in love. Life has a strange sense of humor – when we let go and give in, unexpected blessings often appear.”
In October 2020, the couple marked their 25th wedding anniversary. The Book Club actress shared with Closer magazine, “I’m still deeply in love with him. I find him incredibly intriguing. He continually amazes me, and above all else, he makes me laugh.”
I can’t help but feel my heart race whenever I’m near her, the amazing actress from The Good Place. I’m just a fanboy, but deep down, I long to make an impression on her – after all, I consider myself the luckiest guy in the room.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve noticed that after people finish watching the Hulu drama “Tell Me Lies,” they can’t help but be intrigued by the onscreen chemistry between Van Patten and White. They find themselves questioning if their relationship off-camera is as complicated as it appears in the show. But I have good news for all the curious viewers out there: Last November, we received confirmation that the pair are indeed an item in real life. So breathe a sigh of relief knowing that their relationship is not only authentic but also healthy and free from any toxicity.
White made their romantic connection clear at the 2022 CFDA Awards through several photobooth photos, one of which depicted the on-screen duo kissing. Later, White shared a tongue-touching selfie with Van Patten and captioned it “A kiss for season 2, Tell Me Lies, coming back later this year on Hulu.” Surprise: The strategy paid off!
