If a winning entry is suspected of breaching the event regulations, we will rescind the prize and the associated account will no longer be permitted to join future community activities.

Participating in this event means giving permission for your unique game identifier (UID) to be shared on the event platform. This information will solely be utilized to distribute Primogem prizes to victorious participants, and it will be safeguarded in compliance with local data protection regulations and policies.

If a player enters an incorrect game ID during the process of receiving a reward, the support team won’t issue a new reward.
