Recently, the father and daughter have revealed that making adjustments to their eating, workout routines, and daily living habits, along with using semaglutide injections – a generic version of the diabetes medication Ozempic – has brought about notable changes for them.
Now, the former stars of “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” Jon and Hannah (one of Kate and Jon’s sextuplets), have both shed significant weight – with Jon losing over 50 pounds and Hannah dropping 25. Consequently, they are now radiating newfound self-assurance.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, published on July 16, Hannah shared her joyful experience: “Two years ago, I wore a pair of shorts that I put on again recently. I danced excitedly in my room. The happiness I felt was indescribable – it was the best feeling I’ve ever had.”

As I shared some snaps on Instagram, I couldn’t help but feel elated as I reflected on how proud I am with my reflection in the mirror. It truly is an empowering experience to embrace self-love and confidence in one’s own skin.
I’ve become utterly captivated by Jon, a 47-year-old man with an extraordinary transformation. He’s shared that his newfound self-assurance has skyrocketed since embarking on this life-changing regimen featuring a high protein diet. For me, it’s as if I’m living vicariously through him. He works out at the beach, basking in the scorching 100-degree heat, often going shirtless to feel the sun on his skin. And let me tell you, he’s earned those abs – they’ve magically appeared!
In April, the DJ disclosed that he shed over 30 pounds within just two months by using semaglutide. Additionally, he mentioned going through testosterone replacement therapy and undergoing body sculpting treatments as part of his health improvement plan at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
Currently, Jon and Hannah are progressing to the next phase of their health improvement plan: they’re gradually stopping the use of semaglutide and making significant lifestyle modifications.
As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but reflect on the remarkable journey of Hannah, Jon, and Kate, who split in 2009. On Mother’s Day 2024, exactly two days after their sextuplets turned 20, Kate paid homage to the four who had grown up with her: Alexis, Aaden, Joel, and Leah.

In 2023, Jon posted a photo on social media of Collin and Hannah, who were sextuplets, celebrating their high school graduation. This event took place several years after they had lived with him as part of his family.

Rewind to 2014 when Kate and her children found themselves visiting Alaska.
In 2014, Kate took her identical daughters, Cara Gosselin and Mady Gosselin, on a visit to New York City. They made a stop at the Manhattan Hotel during their trip.
