As a huge fan of Pupstruction, I was absolutely thrilled to see the first season come to a close with the music-filled episode “The Petsburg Music Festival.” The way each member of the Pup Crew showcased their musical talents throughout the episode had me singing along and tapping my paws in delight!
Disney Junior’s popular series Pupstruction concluded its first season with a musically entertaining episode titled “The Petsburg Music Festival.” In this episode, each member of the Pupstruction team got a turn to showcase their musical skills. Phinny, Luna, Roxy, and Tank, who are beloved by fans, couldn’t resist singing a new song called “Rev Up Your Trucks” as they prepared the city for the festival. You can listen to this catchy tune in the video below, and the full 22-minute episode is now available on Disney Now and Disney+. The official synopsis states, “The Pup Crew is thrilled to perform at the Petsburg Bowl, but the excitement is nearly spoiled when Bobby believes he’s been overlooked and attempts to steal everyone’s instruments.”
Season 2 and Beyond
I’ve been thrilled with Disney Jr’s recent successes! Shows like “Pupstruction” and “SuperKitties,” along with “Firebuds,” have received incredible feedback from audiences, leading to their renewal for additional seasons last year. Amazingly, I hadn’t even seen the debut of “Pupstruction” at that point, but now it’s clear why this show has become a fan favorite. Consequently, Disney made an exciting announcement earlier this year, revealing that both “Pupstruction” and “SuperKitties” would each be granted a third season (according to Deadline).
In an official announcement on Disney Plus, Ayo Davis, Disney Branded Television’s president, commended “Firebuds,” “SuperKitties,” and “Pupstruction” for capturing the Disney essence in their shows. According to Davis, these series exemplify Disney Junior’s strengths by incorporating elements of creativity, excitement, and emotion. Additionally, they feature catchy tunes for singing along and lively characters that embody optimism, positivity, and teamwork.
What Is Pupstruction?
In this preschool series titled “Pupstruction,” the star character is Phinny, a young and imaginative corgi who resides in Petsburg. He’s known for his vibrant ideas that are often grand and daring. The rest of the team includes Luna, a spur-of-the-moment sheepdog; Roxy, a determined rottweiler; and Tank, a jovial mastiff with an insatiable appetite for snacks. Despite being the smallest pup in the group, Phinny demonstrates that size doesn’t determine creativity. The Pupstruction team works together, using elbow grease, sweat, saliva, and heart to construct and create.
