Concord Open Beta is Now Live, New Cinematic Vignette Available

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent exploring various galaxies and universes, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement when a new game like Concord comes along. Last week, I had the opportunity to participate in the early access beta and was left wanting more. So, when Firewalk Studios announced the open beta, I mark my calendar and eagerly awaited its arrival.

Firewalk Studios’ game “Concord” has been released in open beta for PS5 and PC users following the early access beta from last week. In addition to the existing four maps and modes, two new elements have been included: Bone Mines in Cargo Run and Area Control. Furthermore, a new cinematic scene has been added where Vale explains to 1-Off the complexities of alliances among crews.

The open beta is currently active and runs until July 21st. During this period, a new variant called “Haymar’s Quickdraw” is available for players. This variant comes with an additional perk that quickens the reload time of Haymar’s Flameshot Bow. Keep in mind that if you switch between the regular version and the Variant, you can benefit from both her Warden passive traits. However, it’s essential to acquire Teo’s Variant beforehand.

On August 23rd, Concord is set to debut, bringing with it more weekly cinematic vignettes from Firewalk. Players can also delve into the Galactic Guide for in-depth information about various planets and lore. While there isn’t a published post-launch plan, new features including characters, maps, and game modes will be added for free. Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements, and don’t forget to read our thoughts on the early access beta experience.

As a gamer, I’m excited about the fresh map, new gameplay variant, and exciting mode that have just been added to the Concord Galaxy. Whether you’re a newcomer or a returning player, prepare to hop aboard the North Star during our upcoming Open Beta this weekend!
