As a seasoned journalist with a deep appreciation for reality television, I’ve had the pleasure of observing and analyzing the dynamic lives of various Bravolebrities throughout the years. Among them are a few women who have left indelible marks on the franchise but ultimately failed to sustain their presence in the spotlight.
Tamra Judge thinks Alexis Bellino and John Janssen are a match made in heaven.
Based on what I’ve observed, they appear very contented with one another, and I can only draw conclusions from that. They make a charming couple, enjoy each other’s company, and are always on the go. They even seem to get along well with each other’s families. He was never like this with [Shannon Beador] before.
From my perspective as a lifestyle expert, I’ve noticed that the SoCal businessman, who ended things with Shannon towards the end of 2022, appears to be an entirely new version of himself when he’s with Alexis.
Tamra observed that her exes didn’t get along with each other’s families and didn’t go on trips together. Therefore, she believed that perhaps they weren’t meant to be a couple despite being good individuals.
Additionally, Tamra and Shannon have had a major rift between them lately following Shannon’s DUI incident in September 2023.
I’ve seen firsthand how her drinking issue didn’t take a seasonal break, my ex-BFF. It was me who bore the brunt of dealing with her struggles while she was under the influence. When you were arrested for a DUI, it became clear to me that this was a serious problem that required your attention and help. For me, getting behind the wheel and crashing into a house was the epitome of rock bottom. It wasn’t just about her anymore.
Since then, Shannon has criticized Tamra for not providing enough support after the accident and ensuing legal issues.
Regarding a potential reconciliation between Shannon and Tamra following their falling out in the “Tres Amigas” tour, which previously included Vicki Gunvalson:
“I hadn’t anticipated this,” the 56-year-old admitted. “To be honest, I was swamped with responsibilities. With three podcasts, a business to run, a husband, and a daughter at home, it proved challenging for me to embark on extensive travels. Additionally, certain actions of Shannon left me questioning, ‘Is all this effort worth it when you’re undermining me?’ I don’t require such friends in my life.”

During season 16, the doctor from Orange County wasn’t the source of any major drama, and her marital issues with her husband Ryne (or was it Ryan?) didn’t hold much interest. However, who could forget Dr. Jen’s highly memorable moment at the Dubrows’ dinner party, where she got quite tipsy on wine?
The debut year of a nurse anesthetist was marred by an unfortunate incident, aptly named “Esophagus-gate,” which we fervently hope will not be repeated.
Katie was fond of discussing her charitable endeavors, yet didn’t make significant appearances on the screen. She was essentially a one-time character, scarcely contributing as a friend. Leaving a cast trip prematurely? A definite taboo in “Housewives” circles.
During her two seasons as a full-time Housewife, Charrisse’s marital issues were prominently featured…These issues, along with her champagne room, are what stand out about her tenure on the show.
A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?
In the predominantly white setting of “The Real Housewives” O.C., Peggy presented as a fresh addition. However, her presence turned out to be more irritating than enriching during season 12. The quarrels she initiated were peculiar and frequently centered around misunderstandings of words or actions that left others perplexed. Moreover, her unexpected decision to seclude herself in her room for an entire day on the Iceland trip highlighted her unsuitability for this particular reality television experience.
As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but share my disappointment about Nneka’s experience during her first season on the show. Instead of forming a beautiful connection with my fellow Nigerian costar Wendy Osefo, the narrative focused solely on allegations she made against Wendy’s mother being a witch. It’s a shame, really, because I yearned to see them embrace their shared cultural heritage rather than engage in fruitless conflicts.
In an whirlwind manner, Noella powered through season 16, brimming with frenzied activity. Despite her husband’s unexpected departure and divorce request just before filming began (James asked for a divorce and left the country), her tumultuous interactions with Heather Dubrow kept her from sinking to the very bottom. With additional time and another season, we might grow more fond of Noella.
In her initial stint on the show, she was known for maintaining peace. However, in her final season, she made persistent complaints about a discarded cake and baseless accusations of anti-Semitism, resulting in an unexpectedly dramatic decline in her reputation on “Real Housewives.”
In seasons 11 and 12 of “America’s Next Top Model,” the veteran contestant carried a peach, but failed to leave a significant mark on the realm of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Her pregnancy dominated her stint for much of the time, but she gained recognition for her fiery clash with Marlo Hampton during their Tokyo trip. Kudos for that memorable put-down of Marlo!
Based on what I’ve observed from watching the reality show, my take is that Karen was a dentist among the cast, and there seemed to be a noticeable lack of camaraderie or friendship between her and her co-stars. This was evident in their interactions and the frequent tensions that arose during filming. It’s important to remember, however, that what we see on TV may not fully capture the complexity of someone’s character or personal relationships. People are multifaceted, and it’s possible that there were aspects of Karen’s life or personality that weren’t shown on the program. Nonetheless, based solely on the available evidence, her professional identity as a dentist and her strained interpersonal dynamics with her colleagues paint an intriguing picture.
This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.
In more recent seasons of “Real Housewives of New York,” Jules didn’t stay long enough to earn a top spot. But she certainly added plenty of excitement with her dramatic moments.
So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.
Amber and her husband Jim’s actions gave off an air of desperation. Additionally, Jim appeared more entangled in the dramas than Amber. Not a desirable image.
Nina, similar to Sara Al Madani, represented a multifaceted and accomplished Arab woman who seamlessly merges contemporary life with deep-rooted cultural customs. She mostly steered clear of the major conflicts during season one and was occasionally overshadowed by her co-stars’ more prominent and boisterous personas.
Sara’s optimistic perspective on life was delightful, yet lacked the element of excitement (apart from that incident when she gave Caroline Brooks some controversial parenting advice as co-stars). Nevertheless, the tech entrepreneur broke down misconceptions about what it signifies to be a contemporary Muslim woman in the Middle East, an achievement worth acknowledging.
As a devoted fan of “RHONJ,” I can’t help but notice that the newcomers in season 13 truly embodied the essence of a Garden State Housewife. And boy, did they get entangled in a lengthy feud about something insignificant, leaving Andy Cohen shaking his head at the reunion, labeling it as needless. Yet, I can’t help but hope that these dynamic ladies will make a comeback for season 14. The possibility of witnessing their growth and entertaining antics once again is simply too enticing to resist.
In the first season of “RHOM,” Larsa didn’t leave a strong mark before departing. However, when Bravo brought back the show for its fourth season in 2021, Larsa’s narrative focused on her past friendship with Kim Kardashian and her side hustle selling provocative foot images on OnlyFans.
After appearing as a reality TV star on Bravo for one season, Ana tried her luck on season 12 of “Next Food Network Star” in the year 2016. Unfortunately, she wasn’t successful in making it through that competition as well.
Sadly, she became Brandi Glanville’s frequent target for criticism. Moreover, her tagline promoting an unhealthy fixation on being underweight left a bad taste.
Cindy was supposed to be the new Bethenny Frankel. Cindy was no Bethenny Frankel.
As an obsessed fan of RHODubai, I couldn’t contain my excitement when Brooks managed to snag a cameo from Phaedra Parks, a Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, during season one. Phaedra graced us with her presence on just one episode, spilling all the juicy gossip about the co-stars’ drama that had everyone talking. However, looking back, I can’t help but think that Brooks added a little too much unnecessary drama herself, especially during those episodes when she seemed a tad too tipsy.
