As a die-hard Marvel fan who has been following the development of the Deadpool franchise since its inception, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming film, Deadpool & Wolverine. The announcement that Hugh Jackman would be returning as Wolverine sent waves of joy through the Marvel community, and every new piece of information that’s come out about the movie has only fueled my anticipation further.


Approximately two years have passed since Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman made the announcement that Jackman would reprise his role as Wolverine in “Deadpool 3.” During this time, enthusiasts have been treated to a wealth of intriguing information regarding the upcoming film, now titled “Deadpool & Wolverine.” Directed by Shawn Levy (“Free Guy”), this highly anticipated Marvel production is poised to be a massive success among fans. It’s typical for Marvel to save major surprises, like big cameos, for just before a movie hits theaters, much to the frustration of some viewers. In the latest trailer, it’s announced that Dafne Keen will once again portray X-23 in “Deadpool & Wolverine.” Previously, Keen made her debut as this character in “Logan” back in 2017. She acted alongside Jackman, but she has remained silent about her upcoming appearance.

The film features an ensemble cast including Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox, Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova, and the return of Deadpool co-stars Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlyle, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Stefan Kapi?i? as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Rob Delaney as Peter, and Lewis Tan as Shatterstar. Aaron Stanford reappears in the role of Pyro from the X-Men series, while rumors suggest Jennifer Garner may return as Elektra Natchios.
