Skull and Bones is Coming to Steam on August 22nd

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours logged on various pirate-themed games, I’ve sailed through rough waters and calm seas alike. Yet, I’ve been eagerly anticipating the arrival of Ubisoft Singapore’s “Skull and Bones” on Steam, setting sail on August 22nd.

On August 22nd, the naval action role-playing game “Skull and Bones” from Ubisoft Singapore will be available on Steam. The game was initially released for PC on February 16th through Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store, as well as on Xbox Series X/S and PS5.

Nestled in the Indian Ocean, this tale follows a player on an adventure to rise from humble beginnings as a sailor to commanding formidable pirate ships, armed with countless cannons. The allure of this engaging concept was tempered by Skull and Bones’ protracted development and persistent rumors of resets before its release. Critics offered divided assessments upon launch, yet Ubisoft maintains it boasts the second-highest player engagement within their collection.

As a gamer, I’m excited to share that in the ongoing saga of Skull and Bones, we’ve reached the midpoint of Season 2. New challenges have emerged with the introduction of the Hubac Twins as formidable adversaries, Lestari the Megalodon as a monstrous sea beast, and the addition of the Brig ship type. The excitement doesn’t stop there; Season 3 is just around the corner and promises a thrilling new 5v5 Player versus Player mode. Keep an eye out for more updates this Summer, and don’t forget to read our review on the base game while you wait!

Prepare for the adventure of Skull and Bones as it sets sail on Steam starting August 22! Brace yourself to explore treacherous waters, engage in fierce sea battles, and construct your own maritime domain. Add it to your wishlist now! 🚢☠️
