However, there is another Time Lord character who has been away even longer – Romana, the Time Lord companion to the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker). We last saw her in “The Warriors’ Gate” all the way back in 1981 when she decided to stay in the E-Space parallel universe after three years of journeying with the Doctor. Originally played by Mary Tamm, Romana later regenerated into Lalla Ward, while subsequent versions have continued their adventures through audio productions.

This increased visibility has made Miles Morales a more adored version of Spider-Man. Given that the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has focused on Tom Holland’s Peter Parker for quite some time, many fans anticipate that the role will eventually be passed to Miles Morales. Even Tom Holland himself has expressed interest in introducing Miles Morales into a live-action film, and he was hinted at in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Hired by the publisher of The Daily Bugle, J. Jonah Jameson, Peter Parker was tasked with photographing a vigilante known as “The Punisher,” who was waging war against the mafia.
