Following the Journeys of 16 and Pregnant Stars

As someone who has followed the lives of these Teen Mom stars closely, I can’t help but be in awe of their resilience and strength in the face of adversity. Each one of them has faced unique challenges and heartaches, yet they continue to move forward and raise their beautiful families.

In recent times, it’s sadly become common for fans of “16 and Pregnant” to mourn the departure of some of its well-known cast members.

Lately, it came to light that “16 and Pregnant” season five graduate Autumn Crittendon (formerly known as Autumn Oxley) passed away at the young age of 27.

According to TopMob News, Henrico County Police in Virginia reportedly dispatched officers to deal with a medical incident on the 20th of July.

At the scene, authorities found an unconscious adult woman inside the house. Firefighters from Henrico Fire Department tried to revive her, but unfortunately, their efforts were unsuccessful.

The authorities declared that Autumn passed away at the location and are treating it as a death inquiry. Collaboratively, detectives and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are examining this incident to ascertain the precise cause and manner of Autumn’s demise.

In 2014, Autumn appeared on MTV’s reality show documenting her experience in having son Drake with her then-partner Dustin Franklin. On Facebook, she identified herself as the mother of three children: sons Drake and Luke, and daughter Abigail.

Following news of her death, her sister paid tribute to her “dearest baby sister.”

In her July 21 post, she expressed: “Your life was taken away from you at such a young age. Sadly, no one had the chance to bid you farewell. We hold you dearly in our hearts. Your strength and resilience during challenging times while maintaining sobriety is truly inspiring. You’ve come so far, and we are grateful for every moment we’ve spent with you. As your mother, I am incredibly proud of the person you have become, and deeply thankful for the three precious parts of your spirit that continue to live on.”

Five months after the passing of another former “16 and Pregnant” cast member, Sean Garinger, at the age of 20 due to an ATV accident, Autumn’s life comes to an end.

“Mary Hobbs, his mother, shared with The Sun how, during the parking of an ATV in February, the ground collapsed due to heavy rain and mud, causing the vehicle to flip and fatally injure him by crushing his skull.”

I, Autumn Crittendon, welcomed my son Drake LeSeuer Franklin into the world with my then-boyfriend Dusty Franklin on December 17, 2013, as documented in the fifth season of “16 and Pregnant.” In a rush of romance, I married Bradley Oxley in 2015 following a swift courtship. However, I announced our separation on social media that same summer. I gave birth to my second son, Luke, in August 2019, and with Dusty, we were blessed with a daughter, Abigail Ivy Rose, on November 20, 2022. Heartbreakingly, I passed away on July 20, 2024, at the young age of 27. The authorities in Henrico County, Va., have confirmed my demise to TopMob News.
