In July 2023, before the premiere of its seventh season, it was officially announced that Elite would come back for a eight-part installment.
As with previous seasons, all of the new episodes are expected to debut at once.

Unfortunately, the show will come to an end with season 8 after it was announced in October 2023, only a few days before the premiere of season 7.

When will Elite season 8 be released?
Netflix will make Elite’s eighth season publicly available starting from July 26, 2024 (Friday), marking the conclusion of this popular show.
Based on my experience as a longtime educator and observer of human dynamics, I can tell you that the arrival of newcomers Emilia and Héctor Krawietz, with their status as leaders of the Las Encinas alumni association, is certain to create quite a stir within the school community. Their influence could potentially shake things up in profound ways, perhaps bringing about change that’s long overdue or sparking conflict and resistance from those who prefer to maintain the status quo. As someone who has witnessed the impact of outsiders on various educational institutions throughout my career, I’m eager to see how this unfolds and what lessons it may hold for us all.
The Krawietz, known for their influence and power, can spread disorder and ruin the lives of the unsuspecting. They are corrupt individuals who leave a trail of chaos in their wake.
Omar is the only one with the determination and readiness to confront them, as they symbolize the long-standing corrupt elements in Las Encinas that he strongly dislikes.
Elite cast: Who will be back for season 8?
