What is Batman: Caped Crusader About?

According to the summary, “Batman: Caped Crusader” is set in Gotham City, a place where wickedness prevails over righteousness. After experiencing a profound loss, millionaire Bruce Wayne transforms into something greater than an ordinary human – Batman. He embarks on a solitary mission to combat crime, earning allies within the police department and city administration. However, his heroic efforts unwittingly lead to dangerous and unintended consequences.
