Francesca Farago and her future husband, Jesse Sullivan, recently announced that they are expecting both a son and a daughter, which was revealed at a “chromosome party” they hosted to celebrate their upcoming twins.
In a recent TikTok video uploaded on July 29, Jesse explained to the audience, “I didn’t summon you all here merely to express my deep affection for this woman.” He then pointed towards the pregnant woman from Too Hot to Handle. “I understand that you’re actually curious about the gender of our upcoming babies.”
With loved ones applauding, he expressed that the couple was thrilled beyond measure as they eagerly awaited the arrival of their newborn son and daughter.
Francesca laughed self-deprecatingly, “I can’t explain why I’m tearing up,” she said, playfully brushing away her tears. “It was quite an emotional moment for me.”
However, it’s worth mentioning that Francesca, famously known for her role in “Perfect Match,” has never expressed a strong leaning towards one option. As she previously shared, she and Jesse, Arlo’s father at 15, have always desired to have children together.
“We can pick gender,” she shared on the Sofia With an F podcast in May 2023. “We won’t.”
2019 marked the year when my dear partner Jesse, who is a transgender individual, was expecting our son Arlo. Throughout this transformative journey of mine, Francesca acknowledged that Jesse has surpassed all expectations in making me feel at ease and supported every step of the way.
She shared with TopMob News in June that Jesse doesn’t expect her to cook or clean, but instead just wants to shower her with love and support. Few men, she believes, can truly comprehend this as deeply as Jesse does, having experienced it firsthand by raising a child.
Francesca expressed, “Being with him has been truly extraordinary. I’d rate it a perfect 10, and would wholeheartedly suggest engaging in a relationship with a trans man who has given birth.”

Despite giving love a shot on several reality dating programs like “Too Hot to Handle,” Francesca Farago stumbled upon her ideal partner, Jesse Sullivan, during an online event they both hosted.
2023 saw Francesca getting hired by TikTok to host a Pride Month event over Zoom. This wasn’t your typical virtual gathering; it was a live TikTok event featuring Willow Smith and some of the app’s LGBTQ+ influencers, known as Trailblazers. I had the opportunity to interview three individuals during this event, and one of them was Jesse. Our initial meeting on Zoom led us to develop feelings for each other quite rapidly.
Despite the fact that her stint during the first season of Netflix’s Perfect Match (released in 2023) didn’t turn out as planned, Francesca was convinced that destiny held greater things for her.
After leaving the villa, the reality star admitted in a TikTok post that she immediately reached out to Jesse with a message saying, “Hi, are you still available? I’m feeling shook up and would like to meet up with you.”
1. From that point onward, their love story unfolded, and they’ve been open about it on social media. “Our affection is clear in what we share,” she said to Elite Daily. “Unlike some couples who only show the good moments, we don’t have any negative ones. It’s all joy.”
2 years since their initial encounter, Francesca and Jesse were overjoyed as they embarked on a fresh journey together.
Francesca announced in her May 2023 Instagram post, “We’re officially engaged!” This snapshot showcases the most enchanting night of our lives. Our family means the world to us… what is life all about?! Moving forward to early 2024, it was evident that starting a family was a priority for us, even before our wedding.
At the People’s Choice Awards last February, Francesca shared with Live From TopMob host Laverne Cox an exciting plan. She expressed her desire for a grand wedding, yet added, “It would be so adorable if we had a baby or even two babies with us during the wedding.” Thus, she hoped to have a baby first and then hold the wedding ceremony afterwards.
Just as anticipated, Francesca and Jesse, who are parents to teenage son Arlo from a past relationship, made the announcement that they would be growing their family further.
Francesca shared on Instagram on March 31st that she wanted to mark this significant moment with everyone. She mentioned how they’ve walked through tough times together, and now she’s eager to share the good times too. At the moment, she’s in her early pregnancy stages, but she’s thrilled about expanding their family, with Arlo being an awesome big brother-to-be! AHH, I’m going to be a mommy!
