Marvel Studios made heads turn at Comic-Con’s Hall H panel on Saturday by announcing that Downey will portray Doctor Doom in the upcoming Avengers films, “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Avengers: Secret Wars.” Directed by the Russo Brothers, who helmed “Avengers: Endgame,” these movies mark Downey’s return to the MCU after a brief absence.

Alongside the substantial compensation, it’s said that Downey had some significant demands included in his agreement. To begin with, he insisted that the Russos direct the movies if he was going to participate once more. Furthermore, he requested luxurious perks such as traveling by private jet, a personal security team, and a full-fledged trailer complex on set.
