Deadpool & Wolverine Reveals Cameo by Tom Holland's Brother, And Ryan Reynolds Had No Idea

As a die-hard Marvel fan and someone who has followed the development of the Deadpool and Wolverine project with bated breath, I cannot contain my excitement over the latest revelation from the set of this highly anticipated film. When George Cottle, a stunt performer and second unit director on Deadpool & Wolverine, shared a photo of Tom Holland’s brother Harry as one of the Deadpool stunt performers, I was blown away!

1. For about a week now, Deadpool & Wolverine has been playing in theaters, and the internet is riddled with spoilers as a result. Even lead actor Ryan Reynolds found out about a cameo, albeit indirectly, via social media. Yesterday, George Cottle, a stunt performer and second unit director on Deadpool & Wolverine, posted a photo on Instagram showing that Tom Holland’s brother, Harry, was among the Deadpool stunt doubles. Reynolds seemed caught off guard by this revelation, as he reacted with disbelief to Cottle’s post. It serves him right for revealing all those cameos during Comic Con on Thursday evening!

When Shawn Levy and Ryan Reynolds raised the bar so incredibly high, even the stunt team required an extra special participant! The first post states. It might not have been the Holland that everyone expected, but it was the Holland we all needed in the end. Harry Holland, you truly excelled at your role, my friend. As for Reynolds’s reply? Here it is:

Cottle had a connection to the Spider-Man series, having worked behind the scenes as a second unit or assistant director on “Spider-Man: Far From Home” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” He also contributed to bringing Barbenheimer to life by working as an assistant director on “Barbie” and doing stunts for “Oppenheimer.”

If Reynolds had been aware of the situation, he might have included a humorous remark about it in the film instead. However, there’s still the option of sharing his thoughts during the DVD commentary.

As a hardcore Marvel fan and avid gamer, I’m hyped up for the upcoming “Deadpool & Wolverine” movie produced by Marvel Studios! In this epic adventure, I, Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), team up with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) to rewrite the rules of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This blockbuster also features some familiar faces like Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox and Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova. And let me tell you, some of my old pals are coming back too! Morena Baccarin returns as Vanessa Carlysle, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Stefan Kapi?i? as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Rob Delaney as Peter, and Lewis Tan as Shatterstar. It’s a Marvel reunion! Plus, Aaron Stanford is back as Pyro from the X-Men series, and there are even rumors that Jennifer Garner might make a comeback as Elektra Natchios. Gaming goals achieved!

1. In a nutshell, Kevin Feige, Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy, and Lauren Shuler Donner take on the role of producers for this project.
