My Hero Academia Epilogue Unveils the New U.A. High School

As someone who has been following the journey of My Hero Academia since its inception, I must say, the latest chapter left me speechless! The new UA Academy facility is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s like Kohei Horikoshi took all our dreams and turned them into reality. From Monoma’s smug stone sculpture to Deku’s contemplative reflection on One For All, every detail is a testament to the growth and evolution of these characters we’ve come to love.

In just one more installment, the acclaimed superhero series “My Hero Academia,” crafted by Kohei Horikoshi, will conclude. With the final battle now behind them, members of Class 1-A are contemplating their future. Notably, Deku and his companions are envisioning a reconstruction of their world and a new era for its inhabitants. Since UA Academy has been instrumental in the struggle against Shigaraki, it’s crucial that this institution shaping the next generation of heroes gets an update. In the second-to-last chapter of the “My Hero Academia” manga, we get a glimpse into what UA Academy could transform into in the distant future.

Attention! If you haven’t read Chapter 429 of My Hero Academia yet, be aware that we’re venturing into spoiler territory for the epilogue storyline. The manga of My Hero Academia has been leaping forward in time, showing us Deku and Class 1-A advancing to a new stage of their education. Due to their roles in the final battle, it appears that each member has been given a sculpture along the path leading to the newly constructed UA Academy building. In one amusing moment, Monoma even uses his stone likeness as an opportunity to brag before everyone else’s statues.

UA Academy Gets A Facelift

Essentially, UA Academy’s latest building appears almost flawless when compared to its previous version. Upon seeing the new school, Deku reflects on his Quirk, One For All, and the future of heroes and citizens. He remarks, “I’ve mastered One For All. This unifying power, built upon courage and heroism. Moving forward, as we all contribute to its growth…”

Participants gain an intimate perspective of the UA Academy as the protagonists say goodbye to Aoyama, a previous traitor from Class 1-A who has chosen to depart from the institution due to his past transgressions. Interestingly, it turns out that if the heroes continue their success in defeating All For One and Shigaraki, UA Academy might no longer be necessary in the coming days. This is because civilians are starting to assist heroes in helping one another, leading to a significant shift in the shonen universe, where the role of UA Academy could potentially diminish.
