As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I must say, the Five Nights at Freddy’s tenth anniversary celebrations have me more excited than a kid on Christmas morning! The anticipation is palpable, and the schedule ScottGames has revealed only fuels the fire.
In just a few hours, the week-long celebration for the tenth anniversary of Five Nights at Freddy’s will commence, as ScottGames revealed in June that they would unveil a new release or announcement every day from August 1st onwards. This unexpectedly early date has surprised us all, but ScottGames has now disclosed an adjusted schedule for fans to participate in the festivities. A few events have been rescheduled from their initially announced dates, one of which could potentially hint at an upcoming surprise revelation.
The new schedule for Five Nights at Freddy’s tenth anniversary celebrations is now:
- August 1st- myPOPGOES, Full Game Release
- August 2nd- The Joy of Creation (remake), Demo
- August 3rd- VIP- Interactive Novel (free)
- August 4th- Scott Cawthon Interview with Dawko 2.0
- August 5th- ??? Collab Announcement
- August 6th- Steel Wool Announcement
- August 7th- Five Laps at Freddy’s, Demo
- August 8th- Into the Pit, Full Game Release
As a dedicated fan, I’m excited to share a bit of a schedule shift! Originally, the Scott Cawthon interview by Dawko was set for August 5th, but now it’ll be live a day earlier on August 4th. The mysterious collaboration announcement that we were anticipating for August 6th is now moving forward to August 5th. And here’s the twist: Steel Wool Studios, known for their enigmatic reveals, will now make their announcement on August 6th instead of August 4th. So, mark your calendars and stay tuned for these intriguing updates!
It appears that the hinted-at partnership between Steel Wool and an unnamed collaborator may have a slight delay in its announcement, as the date for this revelation has been moved up one day. This could potentially mean that the popular game Fortnite might be the collaboration, since the new version of Fortnite (30.40) is scheduled to release on August 6th. While this is speculative, it’s plausible that they are planning to announce the introduction of Freddy Fazbear in Fortnite a day before the update actually goes live.
Steel Wool Studios has recently unveiled Help Wanted 2 in its traditional (non-VR) format, and since their Five Nights at Freddy’s games have historically launched additional content as downloadable packs, it seems plausible that we might soon hear about a DLC for Help Wanted 2.
