Nick Cannon Confirms He “Absolutely” Would Get Back With Mariah Carey

As a passionate observer of celebrity lives, it is truly astounding to witness the rollercoaster ride that is Nick Cannon’s personal life. From his marriage with Mariah Carey and the birth of their twins, to the arrival of children with multiple women over the years, it’s safe to say that Nick has certainly left an indelible mark on the landscape of modern parenthood.

For Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey will always be his baby.

Despite the eight years that have passed since their divorce, Nick continues to harbor hopes for a reconciliation with Mariah, his ex-wife and mother of his 13-year-old twins, Moroccan “Roc” Cannon and Monroe “Roe” Cannon.

In an interview with TopMob News, Nick playfully said, “We’re meant to be together,” while sitting next to his cohost on We Playin’ Spades, Courtney Bee. When asked about reconciling with an ex, he humorously replied, “It would be foolish not to.” (Don’t miss the full interview with Nick and Courtney on TopMob News tonight, August 6 at 11 p.m.)

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: “Regarding their dancing partnership, there seems to be an obstacle, perhaps due to Mariah’s recent breakup with Brian in December. Humorously, Nick commented, ‘It appears she doesn’t feel the desire for me in this partnership.'”

To which his cohost Courtney joked, “Yeah, you done left and had like 10 kids.”

Nick, who has a total of eleven children with different partners, handled the jest graciously. “That’s a whole baseball team,” he conceded at age 43. “In other words, ‘You can’t return home.'”

Nick’s humor about his multifaceted family situation is more like a gentle breeze rather than causing any discomfort. He shared that the mothers of his children – Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott, as well as Mariah – get along exceptionally well.

As a longtime fan of “The Masked Singer,” I must say that the show’s host has a keen insight into the lives of its contestants. What he said resonates deeply with me because I too have learned throughout my own life journey that everyone leads their own unique path, independent of others or events that precede them. We all have our own stories to tell and our own destinies to shape, before and after anyone else comes into our lives. This sentiment is beautifully captured by the host’s words, making me appreciate the show even more.

He went on to say, “I believe that’s how you maintain harmony and keep things moving smoothly. It’s important for everyone to focus on their own wellbeing rather than worrying about others. If the children are content and have a firm grasp of things, I think that’s what makes sense. You need to act with this understanding in mind.”

Reflecting on the changing seasons of life, I find myself musing over the impending conclusion of my shared parenting journey with Mariah, as our twin teens are rapidly growing up.

“He realized we were nearly finished, and the sight of our teens brought tears to his eyes. Time was moving too swiftly.”

Model Alyssa Scott welcomed a baby boy with Nick on June 23, 2021.

Five months after their son’s birth, Nick sadly announced that Zen had lost his battle with brain cancer. “Alyssa was an incredibly strong woman,” he said on The Nick Cannon Show. “She never argued or showed anger. She expressed her emotions when needed but remained the best mother throughout. So I want to express my gratitude to my entire family, but particularly to Alyssa.”

I’ve learned throughout my own life experiences that it’s essential to remember that we never truly know what someone else is going through. It’s easy to judge or assume based on appearances or actions, but beneath the surface, people may be struggling with challenges and emotions we can hardly imagine. That’s why I always make a point to show affection towards my loved ones – whether it’s a heartfelt hug, a tender kiss, or simply expressing my love for them. These small gestures can have a profound impact on their day, week, or even their entire life, and they serve as reminders that we are there for each other in times of need. So let us not forget to nurture the bonds that tie us together and offer kindness whenever possible – you never know how much it may mean to someone.
