Edens Zero Final Volume Shares First Look

As a long-time anime enthusiast who’s been following the genre since the golden age of Gundam and Dragon Ball Z, I must say that Edens Zero has truly captured my heart. Hiro Mashima’s unique blend of humor, action, and sci-fi elements has been a breath of fresh air in the current anime landscape.

Since its manga debut in 2018, “Edens Zero” has become a significant success in the anime realm. The story revolves around Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy, characters created by Hiro Mashima, who is also renowned for his creation of “Fairy Tail,” another popular series still ongoing in its sequel series. Although Mashima recently published the final chapter of “Fairy Tail” this summer, the manga still holds some surprises. To generate excitement for the last volume of the series, Mashima has unveiled a fresh glimpse at the cover that will signify the climactic conclusion for the manga that has swept through the anime world.

The anime adaptation of Edens Zero, animated by J.C. Staff (known for shows like One-Punch Man Season 2, Slayers, and A Certain Magical Index), still has some uncharted territories before it reaches its conclusion, mirroring the manga’s progression. Although no word has been given about a third season yet, it appears likely that J.C. Staff will continue to unfold Shiki’s story up until all the manga’s events have been depicted.

Edens Zero: One More Time

Although Fairy Tail persists through its follow-up series, 100 Years Quest, Mashima has remained silent about the possibility of Edens Zero having a second part. As Mashima writes more stories featuring Natsu’s escapades, the new anime adaptation for the sequel is being broadcast on television screens.

“Hey there fellow gamers! If you haven’t yet embarked on an epic journey, let me tell you about ‘Edens Zero’, a captivating anime available to stream on Crunchyroll and Netflix. Here’s a brief rundown of the story: I, Shiki, have spent my entire life in Granbell Kingdom, an abandoned amusement park, surrounded by machines. My quiet existence was disrupted when Rebecca and her feline companion Happy arrived at the park. Unbeknownst to them, they were the first humans to visit Granbell in a century! As I navigated the challenges of friendship, my old neighbors started plotting a robot rebellion…And when my homeland became too perilous, I was forced to board Rebecca and Happy’s spaceship and venture into the infinite cosmos.”
