As a die-hard fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I can confidently say that the second season took the supernatural shonen series to new heights! The Shibuya Incident Arc was nothing short of breathtaking, with Suguru Geto’s master plan causing chaos and turmoil. The departure of Satoru Gojo from the scene left a void that Yuji Itadori and friends had to fill, which they did heroically.
In the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen’s anime, the storyline took an exciting turn, eliminating several key characters from both the hero and villain sides in the supernatural shonen series. The Shibuya Incident Arc introduced a plot where Suguru Geto set things in motion, causing chaos by trapping the powerful sorcerer, Satoru Gojo, in an alternate dimension called the Prison Realm. With Jujutsu Tech’s most potent instructor now out of play, Yuji Itadori and his companions went through numerous trials to save the mortal world and control the cursed spirits. During these events, Yuji uncovered a surprising link to the malevolent character, Choso, and one cosplay has effectively brought that character to life.
In the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, Choso briefly appeared and learned that his two siblings had been slain by the duo of Yuji and Nobara. Seeking revenge against Yuji, Choso later joined Geto’s scheme. Their fierce battle in a Shibuya Station restroom led to an astonishing discovery: Choso found out that Yuji was actually his younger brother! This stunning revelation not only stunned Choso but also confirmed that they had the same biological father whose past was surprisingly pivotal during the Shibuya Incident Arc.

Gladly, I’ll be back in action for season three of the anime, as I’ve made a move from Geto to team up with my brother, Yuji. The Culling Game is going to take center stage this upcoming season, delving into the repercussions of the Shibuya Incident Arc. With a tournament underway that gathers numerous cursed energy users, it’s time for me and Yuji to gear up and strengthen our cursed energy abilities.
As a hardcore Jujutsu Kaisen fan, let me tell you, the rollercoaster ride for Choso and Yuji Itadori in the manga has been absolutely insane! Gege Akutami isn’t shy about hinting that the series is nearing its conclusion, and recent chapters sure do make it seem that way. But fear not, fellow gamers, even if the manga winds down, there’s still a ton of action left in the anime adaptation! Battles galore are yet to be animated – so buckle up, it’s going to be one heck of a ride!
