In a recent reveal, “Summer House” cast member Paige DeSorbo offered an intriguing peek into the filming of the Bravo show’s upcoming ninth season, which involves her ex-fiancés Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard. The latter couple announced last month that Lindsay is pregnant with her first child by a new partner.
Paige shared with TopMob News that her costars have been doing well. She believes their long-standing friendship makes it easier for them to get along, despite a few hiccups and some drama in the house. However, she added that overall, things have remained quite peaceful.
In the “Giggly Squad” podcast, one of the co-hosts pointed out that the former couple find themselves on separate journeys following Carl’s decision to cancel their wedding in August 2023.
“Paige went on to say, ‘They’re both extremely satisfied and at peace.’ I believe this only strengthens the idea that it was an excellent choice for both of them.”
However, for the filming of the initial season while a cast member was expecting, Paige found it quite acceptable to work alongside an actor who abstains from alcohol.
The 31-year-old shared that they’ve been enjoying themselves by taking advantage of their friend’s pregnancy as an excuse for their own actions. They explained, “I say, ‘Oh, I can’t participate in any activities today. It’s not safe during pregnancy.’ Or if I don’t feel like going out late, I tell them, ‘We’re pregnant, we need to go home.'”
“Paige expressed her gratitude for the pregnancy, saying it’s a unique adventure unlike anything they’ve encountered before, and it’s turned out to be quite enjoyable.”
Regarding Lindsay’s current state, Paige enthusiastically shared, “She’s fine. Being a fan of girls myself, I’m really thrilled that she’s expecting a daughter.”
Meanwhile, Lindsay maintains secrecy about her partner’s identity, it is unlikely that he will be seen in the Hamptons during the upcoming season.
Paige remarked, “I suspect he won’t visit our home,” and further stated, “I’m unsure if they’ve shot scenes in the city or not.”

Additionally, Lindsay also disclosed their intention to record the wedding for season eight of the series. She elaborated, “If we were simply getting married with all our guests and friends, that would be one scenario; however, when you factor in filming it, there are additional standards to meet.”
