As a longtime fan of both Ultraman and Spider-Man, I am beyond excited about the upcoming crossover manga series “Ultraman: Along Came A Spider-Man.” Having grown up watching both characters on television, these two iconic heroes have played significant roles in my childhood memories. The fact that they are coming together for a new adventure is truly special.
In the crossover tale “Ultraman: The Arrival of Spider-Man“, we find our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man teaming up with the Avengers in Marvel’s Earth, engaged in a fierce battle against Doctor Doom within the bustling cityscape of New York. However, the tragic loss of several civilians during a building collapse casts a dark shadow over Spider-Man, leading him to experience a profound sense of desolation and being transported mysteriously into a spaceship known as the Interdimensional Train. Unbeknownst to both, Doctor Doom also finds himself aboard this strange vessel, which ultimately transports them both to the vibrant Tokyo of the Ultraman universe! As they bear witness to Ultraman battling a colossal Kaiju, Doctor Doom becomes envious of the Giant of Light’s power and aligns with Alien Mefilas and his horde of Kaiju from the Monster Graveyard, intending to seize this extraordinary force.
