Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Director Teases New Character in Silhouette Image

Oh, boy! Hearing the news about Death Stranding 2: On The Beach and the potential involvement of Kenjiro Tsuda has me absolutely thrilled, as a gamer who’s had his fair share of Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and Boruto adventures. If it’s Tsuda we’re seeing in that silhouette, I can hardly contain my excitement for the characters he might bring to life in this game.

In what might come as a surprise, renowned game creator Hideo Kojima (of Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding fame) has unveiled a tantalizing silhouette teaser for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach. Similar to the ones that preceded the original game’s announcement, this one presents an outline of the figure without disclosing their face.

It appears that keen-eyed spectators have pointed out that it could be Kenjiro Tsuda, an actor who has made a name for himself by playing memorable characters like Kento Namai from “Jujutsu Kaisen”, Kishibe in “Chainsaw Man”, and Isshiki Ōtsutsuki in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations”. If it is indeed Tsuda, it’s highly likely that he will be featured in the production as a character.

Absolutely, the sneak peek could hint towards a fresh trailer or disclosure, possibly during Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 20th. Additionally, it might make its debut at this year’s Tokyo Game Show from September 28th to 29th since Kojima Productions has confirmed their presence. Keep an eye out for further developments in the meantime.

The sequel to “Death Stranding,” titled “Death Stranding 2: By the Shore,” is being crafted for the PlayStation 5 and is slated for release in 2025. Catch a glimpse of its most recent teaser trailer right here.
