The first season of Beef was a hit with critics, telling the story of two strangers whose lives become completely consumed by a single road-rage incident. What starts as a simple disagreement quickly escalates into a full-blown, inescapable feud that puts everything they care about at risk. It’s a chaotic and gripping watch – you’ll find yourself yelling at the characters, Danny (Steven Yeun) and Amy (Ali Wong), to just stop! The upcoming second season promises more of the same intensity, following a couple who unexpectedly witness a disturbing fight between their boss and his wife.

While Spider-Man is incredibly popular, some of his older adaptations have been largely forgotten. He starred in four TV movies – one was connected to the classic 1970s Japanese Spider-Man series, and the other three were part of a Spider-Man TV show that many current fans aren’t aware of!

Robert Pattinson recently shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming Batman sequel in an interview with Filme Gitmeden Önce. He described the script as “so good” and hinted that the new movie will be significantly different from the first. “It’s kind of crazy,” Pattinson explained. “The first one was a different kind of Batman movie, and this one is really something else.” He expressed hope that audiences will be happily surprised and said he’s “really excited” about the project.

The action comedy Game Night, directed by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, became available on HBO Max on April 4th. The film follows a group of friends whose game night takes a wild turn when a fake kidnapping unexpectedly becomes real, throwing them into a thrilling and dangerous adventure where it’s hard to tell what’s a game and what’s not. Starring Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams, Game Night was a hit when it came out in 2018, earning $117 million worldwide and an 85% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but a sequel hasn’t happened despite many fans hoping for one.

A common complaint about the ending of Chainsaw Man – and to some degree, other popular manga like Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, and Demon Slayer – is that the story felt rushed. These series may have tried too hard to move faster than older shonen manga, and would have benefited from a more balanced pace instead of quickly wrapping up important plot points.

A canceled storyline for Star Trek: Enterprise Season 5 could have expanded on the history of the Borg. While the show’s creator, Manny Coto, planned to focus on the Romulan War and the formation of the Federation, writers Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens proposed a different direction. They recently shared at a Trek Talks 5 panel—along with Brannon Braga, Andre Bormanis, Michael Sussman, and Phyllis Strong—that they pitched bringing back Alice Krige, who played the Borg Queen, as the Head of Starfleet Medical in the 22nd century, ultimately choosing to become the Borg Queen.

James Marsters, who famously played Spike in the original series, was thrilled about the possibility of returning to the role. He revealed on Streamily (through Instagram) that he’d been told Spike would be coming back and had even been preparing physically for it – doing thousands of sit-ups! Unfortunately, it seems this planned return isn’t going to happen.
