The circumstances surrounding his death were further revealed when he was discovered face-down in his hot tub. This week, court documents made public included Perry’s last words to his assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, which were alleged to be, “Give me a strong dose,” referencing a large amount of ketamine.
Additionally, he instructed his assistant to set up the hot tub. Later on, Perry was discovered lying facedown within the heated pool. The same records indicate that Perry had been discovered unconscious at his residence not once, but twice before this incident.
In simpler terms, Iwamasa, along with four other individuals (two doctors among them), stands accused. Three of these defendants have already admitted their guilt to the charges. They are alleged members of a widespread criminal network operating underground, which provided ketamine to Perry and others. The authorities claim that the suspects exploited Perry’s addiction problems for personal gain.
