As a gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the latest trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds at Gamescom Opening Night Live had me absolutely thrilled! The new monstrosity they’ve created is a unique blend of spider and flora, which adds a fresh twist to the already diverse monster roster.
The much-anticipated game, Monster Hunter Wilds, is the latest project from Capcom. True to their word, they unveiled a fresh perspective on this upcoming Action Role Playing Game during Gamescom Opening Night Live, through a new trailer.
The trailer starts off by showcasing an entirely new monstrosity that’s part giant spider, part flowery creature, before showing off more combat and monsters. Glimpses are also shown of the hub village, a veriety of different weapons as well as the new weather-focused mechanics, and a new Apex beast that you’ll be taking on as part of the main story. And of course, there’s also a little bit of cooking and grilling going on. Check out the trailer below.
In recent times, Capcom has been releasing trailers showcasing various weapons coming up in their action role-playing game, such as the Switchaxe, Sword and Shield, Long Sword, Charge Blade, Light Bowgun, Gunlance, among others.
Monster Hunter Wilds is due out in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
