As a seasoned gamer who’s been through the wrestling rollercoaster since the days of Hulkamania, this Wednesday night AEW Dynamite from Cardiff, Wales feels like a dream come true. The anticipation is palpable as I eagerly await the showdown between Will Ospreay and MJF for the American Championship title re-match at All In. Toni Storm’s final defense against Saraya before their Wembley Stadium bout adds fuel to the fire.
As a thrilled fan, I can’t contain my excitement for this Wednesday! I’ll be tuning in to AEW Dynamite live from Cardiff, Wales at the Utilita Arena – their inaugural event in the U.K.! The tickets are almost sold out, with just 4,110 left as per WrestleTix’s latest update.
AEW’s international trips have been incredibly advantageous for them, mirroring WWE’s trend of increasing non-U.S. shows by double over the past year. Although they won’t return to London for AEW All In next year, AEW President Tony Khan has guaranteed a comeback afterwards. It’s also been suggested that AEW may venture to another well-known wrestling location in 2025, but this is still unverified.
How Will AEW Dynamite Air in the U.S.?
If you can’t make it to the live show, you might have some unanswered questions, especially if you don’t reside abroad. The event is being recorded at 6 p.m. in the U.K., which translates to 1 p.m. Eastern Time in the United States. For viewers in the U.S., AEW Dynamite will air as usual on TBS at 8 p.m. ET, even with the time delay. As confirmed by POST Wrestling, this also applies to Canadian residents watching AEW on TSN 2 and Triller TV. For those anticipating AEW Collision, it won’t air until Saturday, but you can look forward to a doubleheader with both Dynamite and Collision shows. So, try your best to steer clear of spoilers online as much as possible.
Other matches currently announced are AEW Continental Champion defending against Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Jericho facing recent AEW-signee Tommy Billington. For Collision, the final spot in the huge trios ladder match will be determined via a “wildcard in Cardiff” match. AEW will be back to normal beginning next week when they head to Champaign, Illinois on the road to AEW All Out happening shortly after All In.
