As a dedicated follower of “The Traitors,” I couldn’t contain my excitement when I heard about the upcoming celebrity edition! With nine seasons now confirmed, it feels like a dream come true for us fans. I remember back in 2023, when I stayed up all night to watch Harry Clark take home the ultimate prize. I still can’t believe he managed to outsmart every single one of them!
Following several rumors, the BBC has now made it official: A celebrity version of “The Traitors” is on its way!
Today at the Edinburgh TV Festival, it was disclosed that following the completion of Season 3 (which is being filmed in the Scottish highlands), a nine-episode celebrity series produced by the broadcaster will be available on BBC and iPlayer.
Not only did fans of the popular reality game show receive excellent news, but they were additionally informed by the BBC that The Traitors will return for a fourth season.
Filming for both the fourth season and the celeb version will take place in 2025.
In other words, fans should stay alert because the identities of the celebrity participants are being closely guarded secret.
As someone who has spent a significant portion of my life watching reality TV competitions, I must say that Harry Clark’s victory this year was truly impressive. Having seen countless contestants come and go, it’s rare to witness someone as cunning and strategic as Harry. His ability to outsmart both the Faithful and the Traitors is a testament to his quick wit and determination. The £95,150 cash prize he took home after besting Mollie and Jaz in the final three of the competition is well-deserved, and I can’t wait to see what he does with it. It’s clear that Harry has a bright future ahead of him, and I have no doubt that we’ll be hearing more about him in the years to come.
