The trailer has just dropped, and it promises an action-packed adventure that perfectly captures the spirit of the series.
The Sonic the Hedgehog movie series from Sega and Paramount Pictures is planning to carry on later this year with its third part. We’ve just received a sneak peek at what’s in store, thanks to the debut of the first trailer for the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
In this new adventure, the swift protagonist makes his comeback, bringing along familiar faces like Tails and Knuckles. But unlike any other challenge he’s faced, this time he confronts a formidable adversary – the Ultimate Lifeform, Shadow the Hedgehog. Shadow, a misguided experiment, has grown powerful and is eager to dish out some heavy punches. As rumored before, it seems that Shadow will indeed be voiced by Keanu Reeves.
To neutralize Shadow’s danger, Sonic and his team plan to reactivate the notorious Dr. Robotnik (portrayed by Jim Carrey once more), aiming to establish a tense partnership with him. It appears that the situation will become appropriately chaotic as a result, so take a look at the trailer below.
