This triumph served as a retaliation for Punk’s loss against McIntyre during WWE SummerSlam earlier in August. Post-event, cameras caught up with Punk following the end of WWE Bash in Berlin, and he expressed his intent on chasing championship titles moving forward, rekindling his original WWE return objective that was postponed due to a seven-month triceps injury.
Drew McIntyre Isn’t Finished With CM Punk

As a dedicated fan, it feels like every path is pointing towards another epic showdown between McIntyre and Punk at WWE Bad Blood next month. In the Attitude Era, Bad Blood was renowned for hosting Hell in a Cell matches, and with the event making a comeback this year, fans are expecting the return of that iconic steel structure. During the post-show press conference following WWE Survivor Series 2022, Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared that Hell in a Cell as a stipulation would only be used when feuds truly warrant it, not just because it’s a specific time of year.
