Her latest stint on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is no exception. In this episode, Denise strips down to help her BFF Josh Flagg sell a home – talk about going the extra mile for friendship!

In our special preview of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ September 4th episode on TopMob News, the star of Wild Things assists best friend Josh Flagg in selling a property by removing some features from the home
The opening scene finds the former star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stepping onto a grand estate, clad in an alluring swimsuit beneath a see-through black robe, only to be greeted by the real estate agent and a film crew assembled by the pool
“Where’s your bathing suit?” Denise asks Josh. “What the f–k? You’re not wearing a bathing suit?”
Instead, Josh clarifies that for the commercial shoot of the mansion, it’s necessary for the real estate agent to don his customary suit and tie
As for why Josh enlisted the actress’ help?
You might be curious, “What made Denise Richards travel to Pasadena and appear in my video dressed only in a bathing suit?” Josh clarifies in a private conversation. “Friends help each other out like that. She’s stunning, she’s radiant, she’s hilarious. We share tales of our ex-spouses. I used to think my marriage was troublesome.”
(In case you missed it, Denise initiated a divorce from Charlie Sheen back in 2005 when she was expecting their second child. At that time, a restraining order was granted to her, but now it appears they have improved their relationship.)
Denise then reclines on a lounge chair before noticing her chic sunglasses are dirty.
She requests a crew member, “Could you quickly clean them up, please?” She adds, “Feel free to use whatever is handy, even your handkerchief, just clean them.”
Following the command of “action,” Josh speaks into the camera, expressing, “Could anything be more delightful than lounging by the poolside with an attractive companion or a trusted friend? In this instance, I’m fortunate to have both.”
The sizzling shoot even has Josh sweating.
He shares in a private moment that he is gay, but if he were straight, he would be attracted to Denise Richards. The scene from “Wild Things” featuring the threesome left him quite bewildered
