State of Decay 2 Developer is Ending Content Updates to Focus on State of Decay 3

As a devoted gamer, I must confess that the bittersweet goodbye to State of’s, it’s time to for Undead Labs to �’ve no impact on my gaming sessions with the looming release of the undeadly departing-to-graveyard-their-ownership-of-State-of-Decay 2. The longstanding issues has been resolved, but we will continue to be our playable-State of-Decay 3.

Undead Labs has declared that the upcoming update for State of Decay 2 will mark the end of further updates. Launched in 2018, this open-world zombie survival game has continued to receive regular post-launch support. The reason for this change is that the developer is redirecting its attention and resources towards the development of State of Decay 3

This year, you can expect the release of Update 38, our last major content update. It’s packed with enhancements to improve gameplay quality, as well as solutions for persistent problems. Additionally, it will unlock seasonal and time-limited content for every player in State of Decay 2. Rest assured that regardless of when you purchased the game, your saved progress will continue to work without interruption

After the update is released, the developer won’t take on new bug reports anymore. However, Xbox Support will continue to be available, and at least one more hotfix will be rolled out post-update, which might be used to rectify any problems that may occur due to the update itself

Regarding the upcoming sequel, Undead Labs plans to reveal further details about the title and its release at a later date. Currently, State of Decaybeen your enthusiasm from Undead Labs.
