Elizabeth Olsen‘s portrayal of Scarlet Witch in this series was nothing short of extraordinary, and it felt like we were watching the weird, quirky cousin of the usual Marvel blockbusters.
In simpler terms, Elizabeth Olsen, who plays Wanda Maximoff in “WandaVision,” referred to the production of this Marvel TV series as its “quirky relative.” Harper’s Bazaar UK interviewed Olsen while she was preparing for her role in “His Three Daughters.” When asked about an unexpected turn in her career, Olsen quickly pointed to “WandaVision.” The show, which premiered on Disney+ in 2021, became a massive hit, drawing millions of viewers eager to unravel the mystery and enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with classic sitcoms. Olsen initially had some reservations about being the first Marvel Television series to air during the Disney+ era. However, fans adored the unique take on Scarlet Witch’s storyline with Vision.

The upcoming Marvel series “Agatha All Along” has fans speculating if Elizabeth Olsen’s character might reappear in Westview, given her death at the end of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”. However, considering the massive popularity of Scarlet Witch following “WandaVision”, it seems unlikely she’ll be absent for long. ComicBook recently queried Kathryn Hahn (who plays Agatha Harkness) about Elizabeth Olsen’s knowledge regarding her potential return to Westview.
Hahn mentioned that he sent her a text message yesterday, expressing his feelings and thoughts about her constantly. He did this because she made such a positive impression during their initial meeting. As the events leading up to the press were approaching, it was touching to maintain a connection with her. However, he’s unsure if she is aware of these messages or knows anything about the show.
