As a lifelong WWE fan who has seen it all, from the Attitude Era to today’s thrilling storylines, I am beyond excited for this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw! The energy is electrifying, and the roster is stacked with some of the most talented superstars in the business.
On the heels of a successful summer run, WWE Monday Night Raw continues to build on its momentum. Over the past few months, the “red brand” has been consistently selling out venues across the nation while crafting engaging narratives such as Gunther’s rise from King of the Ring to WWE World Heavyweight Champion and Drew McIntyre’s vendetta against CM Punk. Following WWE Bash in Berlin, WWE’s main show remained largely unaffected: Gunther retained the WWE World Heavyweight Title, Punk settled his score with McIntyre, and the duo of Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley reclaimed their victory over The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio and current WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.
Bret Hart Returns to WWE Raw
The Hitman is back on WWE programming.
Tonight, WWE Monday Night Raw is being held in Calgary and WWE is set to reintroduce Bret Hart on television. This WWE Hall of Famer hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since 2022. It’s unclear what role Hart will play during the broadcast, but there are whispers that he might be part of a segment with fellow Canadian, Sami Zayn, as Zayn pursues the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Belair and Cargill Defend Tag Titles
The new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions are taking a trip to WWE Monday Night Raw.
Tonight, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill, current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, will fight to keep their titles against Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, who were former champions. This is the first time Belair and Cargill are defending their titles since they reclaimed them at WWE Bash in Berlin two weeks back.
Street Fight: Wyatt Sicks vs. American Made
The Wyatt Sicks get their biggest showcase yet.
It seems the escalating conflict between the Wyatt Sicks and Chad Gable will reach its peak in a Street Fight. The Wyatts, comprising Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan, and Nikki Cross, will be taking on American Made’s team consisting of Gable, Julius Creed, Brutus Creed, and Ivy Nile.
