However, as per the source’s report, despite Artem allegedly attempting to halt the arrival of paramedics, law enforcement officers didn’t show up until an hour had passed. Subsequently, they apprehended Artem, who is 42 years old, shortly thereafter.

On August 29th at 2:18 PM, the court granted bail for the dance professional, who was subsequently released from custody. This information was confirmed by Wofford to TopMob News, although a specific court date remains undetermined as of now.
In the report made to NBC News by Wofford, it was stated that Chigvintsev was arrested in Yountville, California; however, he withheld the precise location due to a request for privacy from the alleged victim. As a consequence of this request, neither the name, gender, nor age of the alleged victim nor their relation to Chigvintsev have been disclosed by authorities. Nevertheless, Wofford provided some details about the arrest.
In an audio clip from TMZ on August 30th, a 911 dispatcher is heard stating that Chigvintsev had initially called for medical assistance due to an alleged argument where shoes were thrown at him. However, the dispatcher mentioned later, Chigvintsev said he no longer required medical attention. Yet, Wofford stated that authorities still carried out a welfare check.
