As a movie critic with roots deeply entrenched in rural England and a lifelong passion for farming, I wholeheartedly recommend adding “Clarkson’s Farm” to your watchlist. This series is not just a delightful blend of humor and agriculture, but it offers an authentic glimpse into the life of a modern-day farmer – something I can relate to quite intimately.
Add Clarkson’s Farm to your watchlist.
It certainly hasn’t been the warmest summer, and while for many people they can’t top up on their tan, for the crew on Clarkson’s Farm, it’s hit them pretty hard.
The TV show that just wrapped up its third season on Prime Video is at present shooting its fourth season, with farmer Kaleb Cooper offering a hint about what fans should anticipate in the upcoming episodes.
In an interview with RT, Kaleb mentioned they’re wrapping up the shooting for season four and shared that it’s been a rather lengthy summer.
He mentioned that the harvesting isn’t completed just yet, implying that he’s unsure about the exact timing of its release on Amazon Prime Video since they need to wrap up the harvest first, after which editing will follow before it becomes suitable for television broadcast.
As for what he can reveal about season four, Kaleb told fans to “keep an eye out on the weather”.
He mentioned to RT that farming heavily depends on the weather conditions. This year has been particularly challenging as we’re still not done with harvesting and it’s already September, which is making him quite anxious!
At the National Television Awards, Cooper found himself nominated in the Expert category, competing against notable figures such as Torvill and Dean, Anton Du Beke, Martin Lewis, and Sir David Attenborough. However, it was Sir David Attenborough who ultimately won the award.
Although Kaleb hasn’t revealed the release date for season 4 yet, Jeremy Clarkson, his co-star, is quite open about it.
In an interview on Times Radio with host Cathy Newman, Clarkson shared that they are anticipating finishing the shooting of season 4 within the next few weeks. Following the editing and translation process, the new season is expected to air in May.
He then added: “We’ll kick off filming for season five shortly after.”
