In response to queries about the buzz surrounding Thunderbolts, Harbour shared that “I’ve been distancing myself from such matters since I find myself constantly encountering AI-generated articles. They seem odd, almost nonsensical. However, I am concerned about misinformation because I don’t want to be influenced by numerous opinions about me. That said, we are indeed staying true to the comics, which is reassuring. There might be some speculation about what people think they know about the comics versus those who have actually read them. Many experts are frustrated with certain aspects. If you revisit it, you might find a different perspective. We’re very committed to this idea, yet it’s surprising because, as far as I know, Red Guardian isn’t involved in any of the Thunderbolts material. They seem to be adding and surprising us with new elements. However, there are numerous changes we’ve made to ensure accuracy to the comics.
In creating a movie, you can’t rely on opinions based on posters or initial glances because everyone seems to have an opinion about it. However, my hope is that people will take the time to watch the entire film before forming their judgments, whether they love it or hate it. I understand that speculation and anticipation are natural, but I believe it’s best to experience the movie firsthand. I am extremely proud of this film we made, and from what I hear internally, it’s playing well. I can’t wait for people to see it because I think it will surprise them in a good way. From the trailer and the shots we’ve released, you might have an idea about its direction within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and I am thrilled to be a part of this new phase.
What Is Marvel’s Thunderbolts* About?
The movie titled Thunderbolts is anticipated to be adapted from the Marvel Comics team of the same name, featuring a group of antiheroes and villains who are compelled to serve the government unwillingly.
