As a seasoned Bravoholic, I must admit that the newcomers and returning cast members of this year’s Real Housewives franchise have certainly stirred up quite the drama cocktail!
Frick and Frack are back in action.
A month and a half has passed since Phaedra Parks disclosed her return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and now, the reality TV personality offers a tantalizing sneak peek into what viewers should anticipate from Bravo’s popular series during its 16th season.
Phaedra shared with TopMob News on September 17, backstage at Dancing with the Stars following her ballroom debut, that it was “simply fantastic.” She added, “It felt like I was right back home.” (Don’t forget to catch more interviews with the new DWTS cast tonight, September 18, on TopMob News.)
Furthermore, Parks reconnected with her renowned partner and best friend, none other than Porsha Williams, who made a comeback to the series after taking a break following season 13. Rest assured, fans can look forward to the same playful antics from this unstoppable duo affectionately known as Frick and Frack.
As Phaedra teased, “When Frick and Frack is back, honey, it’s gonna be some fun.”
For the upcoming season, we’re pleased to announce the return of familiar faces such as Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey, and Shamea Morton Mwangi. Additionally, we have newcomers Brittany Eady, Kelli Ferrell, and Angela Oakley joining our cast.
“It’s definitely going to be very spicy,” Phaedra teased, “but it’s going to be some fun too.”
Regarding the long-term cast members Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore leaving the show, Phaedra appears content with the fresh perspective the series now presents.
The former star of “The Traitors” noted that when the cast remains unchanged for an extended period, they may not always portray their authentic selves. Therefore, reintroducing fresh energy is beneficial as it will add some excitement and positivity to the show.
However, prior to Phaedra’s comeback on RHOA, viewers can catch her participating in season 33 of DWTS, which started airing on Sept. 17. As for how she feels following her first week of competition? Let’s just say she’s eagerly anticipating the weeks ahead!
She expressed her great enthusiasm to TopMob, stating, “I’m really thrilled, as what we have here is highly focused on motion. It’s not like the ‘Electric Slide,’ it’s more intricate, meticulously structured, and carefully planned.

In a failed attempt, Bravo showcased four women whose forgettable personas make it easy to overlook them in your mind (even though their names are Mary Amons, Lynda Erkiletian, Cat Ommanney, and Stacie Scott Turner). However, one woman was so eager for the limelight that she managed to crash a party at the White House. We’ll delve more into her story later on.

Once upon a time, DeShawn starred on the same TV show as NeNe Leakes. Surprising, we know.
This one-season Housewife brought nothing to the Orange County table.
In January 2022, Utah’s latest addition to Season 2 of the Housewives series was dismissed due to a series of offensive and racially insensitive comments made on her old Facebook account. The posts reappeared online, leading to Jennie’s termination in February. Although she later expressed regret and issued an apology, the harm had already been inflicted.
Her defining trait was “cougar.”
During season 16, the Orange County doctor, Dr. Jen, was generally free of drama. Her marital issues with her husband, Ryne (or possibly Ryan), although they caused some stir, were not particularly captivating. However, one incident that will always stand out is Dr. Jen getting quite tipsy on wine at the Dubrows’ incredibly awkward yet highly entertaining dinner party.
The nurse anesthetist’s flop first season can be summed up in one cringe-worthy word we hope we never hear again: Esophagus-gate.
Katie often enjoyed discussing her charitable activities, yet didn’t seem very active on-screen beyond that. She was essentially a one-time appearance, lacking substantial contributions as a friend. Cutting a cast trip short? That’s not an acceptable behavior for a ‘Housewife’.
During her two seasons as a full-time Housewife, Charrisse’s marital issues became quite prominent, making them among the most notable aspects of her presence on the show, along with her champagne room.
A one-and-done Housewife, Shamari was at least fun?
In the twelfth season of the show, it was refreshing to notice some diversity amidst the predominantly white O.C., but Peggy turned out to be a perplexing and aggravating character. The disputes she elected to engage in were peculiar, many times revolving around someone using a word she failed to comprehend. Furthermore, her choice to isolate herself in her room for an entire day during the Iceland trip suggested that she might not be well-suited for the lifestyle portrayed on Real Housewives.
During season eight, instead of developing a connection with her Nigerian co-star Wendy Osefo, Nneka’s narrative for her debut season revolved around an alleged claim that Wendy’s mother was a witch (indeed, quite extraordinary). It’s a shame we didn’t get to see the two women connecting over their shared heritage rather than engaging in conflict without resolution.
In the 16th season, Noella whirled around like an energetic whirlwind. Although her personal troubles (her husband James departed the country and sought a divorce just before filming began) were somewhat intriguing, it was her recurring drama with Heather Dubrow that prevented her from sinking too low in the rankings. With additional time and another season, perhaps we’ll grow fonder of Noella Bergener.
In her debut season, she was known for maintaining peace, but by her final season, she went from tranquility to persistent complaints over a tossed cake and baseless accusations of anti-Semitism. This transformation seems incredibly swift among the Real Housewives cast.
In seasons 11 and 12 of “America’s Next Top Model”, this longtime contestant chose a peach, but failed to leave a lasting impact on the realm of “Real Housewives of Atlanta”, except for being pregnant for much of her time there. However, she did earn kudos for her brilliantly delivered read of Marlo Hampton during their time in Tokyo.
The only thing we recall about Karen is that she practiced dentistry, and it appeared as if none of her colleagues held her in high regard. Moving on!
This was a real person with a show on Bravo. We promise.
Among the more recent short-term cast members on “RHONY”, Jules’ stint was too limited in duration to earn a top spot. Nevertheless, she certainly provided an ample amount of dramatic moments.
So unnecessary they couldn’t even get individual taglines.
Everything that Amber and her spouse, Jim, undertook appeared extraordinarily desperate. It also seemed that Jim was embroiled in more of the unfolding events compared to Amber. Not exactly an appealing image.
Similar to Sara Al Madani, Nina embodied a multi-faceted, accomplished Arab woman who skillfully merged contemporary lifestyle with ancient cultural customs. For the most part, she managed to steer clear of the first season’s dramatic whirlwind and occasionally found herself eclipsed by her co-stars’ more boisterous personas.
Taleen proved to be an excellent fit for the second season of RHODubai, and we’re eager to learn even more about her.
Sara’s cheerful, insightful perspective on life was indeed delightful, yet lacked the usual elements of drama (except for that incident when she gave Caroline Brooks some unsolicited advice about parenting, which wasn’t well received). However, this tech entrepreneur has broken down barriers and redefined what it means to be a contemporary Muslim woman in the Middle East, and we commend her greatly for doing so.
The newcomers on Season 13 of “RHONJ” perfectly embody the usual Jersey Housewife and were soon locked in a lengthy, seemingly trivial dispute that Andy Cohen considered futile during the reunion. We’re hoping they’ll be back for Season 14 to climb higher on the list, given their engaging debut performance.
In the initial season, Larsa didn’t leave a strong impact before departing the show. When the revival of RHOM occurred for season four in 2021, her entire narrative centered around being an ex-best friend of Kim Kardashian, along with promoting racy foot photos on OnlyFans. (This part is optional and can be omitted if not suitable)
After appearing as a Bravolebrity for one season, she took part in the twelfth season of “Next Food Network Star” in 2016; however, her journey ended unsuccessfully there as well.
Sadly, she seemed to serve as a target for Brandi Glanville. Additionally, her catchphrase, which glorified the distasteful idea that one can never be too slim, was rather offensive.
Cindy was supposed to be the new Bethenny Frankel. Cindy was no Bethenny Frankel.
