At some point, it seems there was a divorce between Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict. As Tia Mowry herself mentioned, this divorce apparently strained her relationship with her twin sister, Tamera Mowry Housley.
Tia shared on her WE tv docuseries, Tia Mowry: My Next Act, that being alone has been the hardest aspect of her divorce. She expressed that moments like these make her yearn for a closer relationship with her sister, so she could call her up and talk.
The 46-year-old continued, “But that’s just not where we are right now.”

Tia, known for achieving stardom alongside her sister in the 90s sitcom “Sister, Sister,” has yet to offer additional comments regarding their current twin relationship.
On the very day that the preview for Tia Mowry: My Next Act was unveiled, she posted an old video clip featuring herself and Tamera from their previous series, Tia & Tamera, which originally aired on the Style network from 2011 to 2013.
In a nod back to the days of “Tia & Tamera,” Tia labeled an Instagram photo with, “Who recalls when I persuaded my sister to sample my breast milk after Cree was born?!” Tia’s post clearly indicated that this event from their past indeed took place.
The TV personality, who posted a video of Tamera praising her breast milk in 2019, around six years after the birth of their daughter Cairo with her former spouse, went on to say: “Given that my new series ‘Tia Mowry: My Next Act’ is set for release on October 4th, I felt it was appropriate to resurface this memorable moment. At the ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in March, Tamera and Tia were most recently spotted together in a public setting. It was there that Tia ran into Cory on the red carpet.

Besides appearing in the TV show Tia & Tamera and Disney Channel Original Movies Twitches with her sister, Tia also achieved solo success through BET’s The Game and her own Cooking Channel program, Tia Mowry at Home. Since 2019, she has been starring in the Netflix sitcom Family Reunion, several TV holiday films, and the WE tv docuseries Tia Mowry: My Next Act.
Apart from that, Tia has published a cookbook, runs her personal YouTube channel, and introduced a range of vitamins and supplements called Anser.

During one season, Union served as a judge on America’s Got Talent. After leaving the program, she claimed that the working environment was poisonous and she experienced racist and sexist comments. Contrarily, an independent probe found that no one involved with the show made any inappropriate or disrespectful remarks about Ms. Union’s looks, as stated by NBC and AGT producers back in May 2020.
In that moment, Union shared with Variety that her ultimate aim was significant transformation, not only for the specific show, but also for the broader corporation. This change should ideally trickle down from leadership positions.
