As a seasoned gamer and an ardent fan of the anime genre, I must say that the latest episodes of “My Hero Academia” have been nothing short of exhilarating! The focus on Midoriya’s classmates, especially Mina Ashido and Eijiro Kirishima, has added a refreshing twist to the storyline.
The seventh season of My Hero Academia primarily revolves around the climactic battle of the shonen series, featuring not only Deku but also many members of Class 1-A. In the most recent episode, Izuku continues to battle Shigaraki as Pinky and Red Riot tackle a separate adversary. Gigantomachia, a villain currently held back by the Hero Society, is being watched closely for any signs of liberation by All For One’s followers. In a short interlude, viewers catch a glimpse into the potential romance between Pinky and Red Riot, causing fans to eagerly anticipate this long-awaited development.
In the seventh season’s episode named “It’s A Small World”, Mina Ashido and Eijiro Kirishima join forces yet again, not battling Shigaraki or All For One as initially expected, but encountering a new villain known as “The Sludge Villain”. This antagonist is the first villain of the series. Interestingly, Pinky employs her ultimate move, “Acid Man”, resulting in a significant win against this adversary. Additionally, Red Riot also contributes to a more substantial victory. Their connection has been evident for some time, and it appears that their destinies are intertwined, regardless of who prevails in the upcoming final battle.
Red Riot x Pinky: An Anime Romance For The Ages
In this new episode, we didn’t witness the young duo officially declare their relationship, but we could clearly see how deeply Red Riot and Mina feel for each other. Eijiro’s act of rescuing Pinky from Gigantomachia in a past event prompted Mina to reciprocate his kindness. This was beautifully demonstrated in the heartwarming scene of “It’s A Small World”. In a touching moment, Eijiro expressed that Mina will forever be his hero, and she didn’t need to go to such lengths to prove herself to him.
Fortunately, Pinky and Red Riot’s actions not only rescued each other, but also secured a significant triumph for their comrades in battle. Mina’s abilities enabled Shinso to use his mind-control powers on Gigantomachia, forcing the massive villain to side with the heroes, even if unwillingly. For a short while, Tokoyami, Mt Lady, and Gigantomachia managed to overpower All For One, giving the heroes a momentary advantage. However, as the saying goes, all good things eventually end.
My Hero Academia’s Actual Romance
As a gamer immersed in this captivating world, it seems unlikely that Pinky and Red Riot will openly declare their love during the climactic battle. Yet, amidst the chaos of the battlefield, a different love story unfolds. The return of Gentle Criminal and La Brava, now fighting for good, has given a new life to the former’s strength, bolstered by the latter’s unique abilities. From their first appearance, La Brava’s affection for Gentle has remained steadfast, but it has grown even stronger in recent plotlines.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but eagerly anticipate the potential romance brewing between Deku and Ochaco. However, the complicated dynamics of their relationship make it difficult for them to openly express their feelings due to Toga, the blood-thirsty villainess who harbors affection towards Midoriya. Recently, the League of Villains member has obtained Twice’s Quirk, tipping the scales back in favor of All For One. Now, the central question isn’t if Izuku and Uravity will confess their true feelings, but rather whether they will endure to have that opportunity at all.
